[Right Wing News] State Rep. Ilhan Omar was arrested in 2013 for trespassing and booked at Hennepin County Jail "to prevent further criminal conduct," according to a newly uncovered police report.
The incident took place on January 18, 2013 following an event at the Minneapolis Convention Center featuring former Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. The Somali president was set to stay the night at the Hotel Ivy, causing large groups of Somalis to follow the presidential convoy to the hotel, including Omar.
According to the police report, hotel staff requested police assistance in clearing the lobby, saying that anyone without a hotel room key was not welcome on the premises and needed to leave immediately. The officer handling the incident said the majority of people who were asked to leave were compliant. However, Omar, when approached, was "argumentative" and refused to leave.
"As she stood her ground and refused to leave I took hold of her left elbow to escort her from the lobby. Omar then pulled away from me stating, ’Don’t put your hands on me!’ Others in her group complied and began walking toward the front entry/exit door as I ordered and I managed to coax Omar out with them," the police report reads.
Ten minutes after the original encounter, the officer reports finding Omar seated in a different area of the lobby. According to the officer’s account, Omar "remained defiant" as he informed her that she would be arrested for trespassing if she didn’t leave.
Since she refused to comply with orders, the officer arrested Omar. The officer reached for Omar’s left arm to get her to stand so she could be handcuffed, but she pulled away. The officer handcuffed her while she stayed seated in the hotel lobby chair.
"Omar was booked at [Hennepin County Jail] as I felt it was likely that she would fail to respond to a citation and she also demonstrated that she was going to continue her criminal behavior," the officer wrote.

Kevin Shipp held several positions in the CIA and had top security clearance. Since leaving the CIA, he has become a whistleblower about the corruption he saw there and in other intelligence agencies.
According to a 2011 New York Times story, Shipp sued the CIA over the dangerous conditions of the housing the agency gave him and his family. After he moved to a new job at the CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia, he felt the agency was surveilling his family and harassing him in other ways.

Some of this has rings of truth. So I ask myself, what parts do I know to be true? Are the dems desperately trying to block Trump, of course. And are the globalists coming unhinged at Trump? Of course. So other than the chicken little way it was written, what is not the truth in this?

[Forbes] Russia's Secret Intelligence Agency Hacked: 'Largest Data Breach In Its History'
Red faces in Moscow this weekend, with the news that hackers have successfully targeted FSB—Russia's Federal Security Service. The hackers managed to steal 7.5 terabytes of data from a major contractor, exposing secret FSB projects to de-anonymize Tor browsing, scrape social media, and help the state split its internet off from the rest of the world. The data was passed to mainstream media outlets for publishing.
FSB is Russia's primary security agency with parallels with the FBI and MI5, but its remit stretches beyond domestic intelligence to include electronic surveillance overseas and significant intelligence-gathering oversight. It is the primary successor agency to the infamous KGB, reporting directly to Russia's president.
A week ago, on July 13, a hacking group under the name 0v1ru$ that had reportedly breached SyTech, a major FSB contractor working on a range of live and exploratory internet projects, left a smiling Yoba Face on SyTech's homepage alongside pictures purporting to showcase the breach. 0v1ru$ had passed the data itself to the larger hacking group Digital Revolution, which shared the files with various media outlets and the headlines with Twitter—taunting FSB that the agency should maybe rename one of its breached activities "Project Collander."

Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... on Monday said that it had caught 17 CIA spies operating in the country at sensitive facilities and that some of them had been sentenced to death.
A bigwig at the Ministry of Intelligence told a presser that the spies were found in "critical and crucial centers as well as the private sector" and that some were working as a "contractor or consultant," Iranian media reported. Mwhahahahaha! Wrong spies! Try again. Should be fun to get more contractors to come work for your shrinking rials
The spies were found at nuclear, military, and cyber-crimes centers, the official said.
In June, Iran said it had dismantled a CIA spy network operating in the country and that it would provide more details at a later date.
The roundup of the alleged espionage cell ensnared 17 people during the past several months and was completed by the end of March, an Iranian official said at a news conference in Tehran. The official was identified only as the director of the counterespionage department of Iran’s Intelligence Ministry, which is highly unusual in Iran, as officials usually identify themselves at press conferences.
Emails from Fox News to the CIA and the State Department were not immediately returned.
"The identified spies were employed in sensitive and vital private sector centers in the economic, nuclear, infrastructural, military and cyber areas...where they collected classified information," said a ministry statement read on state television.
Pictures of some of the alleged spies were reportedly shown on state TV, which also broadcast a documentary purporting to show a CIA officer recruiting an Iranian in the United Arab Emirates.

[AlAhram] Air strikes killed at least 11 people in rebel-held northwestern Syria on Sunday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported, and the Syrian state news agency said the army had repelled an attack by forces of Evil in the area.
In central Syria, state media also said that a train carrying phopshate was derailed by a kaboom east of Palmyra, causing injuries among the crew.
It did not identify the perpetrators of the attack. Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. The northwest is the last major foothold of the rebellion against Hereditary President-for-Life Bashir Pencilneck al-Assad Leveler of Latakia... , who has vowed to recover the whole country but has made little or no gains in more than two months of military operations in the area.
The Observatory said Syrian government air strikes killed six people, including a child, in the village of Urum al-Jawz in western Idlib province.
Four more people, including two children, were killed in strikes on Kfarouma in the south of the province.
A Russian air strike killed a civil defence volunteer in the town of Khan Sheikhoun, the Observatory said.
The civil defence, also known as the White Helmets, identified him as Anas al-Diab, a volunteer and media activist it said was killed while documenting the air strikes.
The Observatory said the deaths increased the number of civilians killed by Syrian government or Russian bombardments in the northwest to 682 since late April. It said 53 civilians had been killed by rebel attacks on state-held areas in the same period.
Some 1,500 combatants on both sides have been killed in the same period, it said.
Syrian state news agency SANA said the Syrian army had repelled an attack by holy warrior groups who had targeted army positions protecting the village of al-Qasabiya in southern Idlib.
SANA said army units destroyed vehicles belonging to the Nusra Front and its affiliates had been destroyed in the attack, during which the forces of Evil used jacket wallahs.
The Nusra Front is today known as Tahrir al-Sham, formerly al-Nusra, before that it was called something else ...al-Qaeda's Syrian affiliate, from which sprang the Islamic State... , a jihadist organization that holds sway in the Idlib area.
[IsraelTimes] Troops said to arrive in Sur Baher neighborhood to raze structures, evict Paleostinian residents after court green-lights move; no immediate confirmation from army.
The Israel Defense Forces overnight Sunday-Monday moved to demolish several East Jerusalem buildings constructed near the security barrier, activists said.
There was no immediate confirmation from the military.
Demolition of unauthorized Paleostinian-owned structures in East Jerusalem is not unusual. However, there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened... the homes slated for demolition, some of which are still under construction, are located in the Paleostinian Authority-controlled Area A of the West Bank.
Israel says the 10 structures facing demolition in the Sur Baher neighborhood are in an area where construction is barred because of its proximity to the security barrier.
Paleostinians have charged that the security concerns are a pretext to push them out of the Jerusalem area, and say it is nearly impossible to receive construction permits from Israeli authorities, resulting in a housing shortage in Arab neighborhoods in the city.
A High Court of Justice ruling last month dismissed a petition by Paleostinian residents requesting the cancellation of a military order prohibiting construction in the area.
The court’s dismissal of the case brought an end to the residents’ seven-year legal battle against a military order that halted work on the apartment buildings. Though the permits for the buildings were issued by the PA’s planning ministry nearly 10 years ago, Israel in 2012 ordered a halt to construction work in the area known as Wadi al-Hummus, citing its close proximity to the security barrier.
On June 18, Paleostinian residents received a 30-day notice from Israeli authorities informing them of their intent to demolish the homes. The notice period ended on Thursday.
Around 3 a.m. on Monday, activists from the All That’s Left Collective: Anti-Occupation Collective NGO said the military began moving into the neighborhood ahead of the demolitions.
"The army has began arranging equipment to begin demolition, including cutting the separation barrier to approach a house with residents that is scheduled for demolition. People on the scene report heavy military presence as well as large construction equipment," it said in a statement.
"Residents are staying in their homes resisting the demolition along with 40 international and Israeli activists who are present to witness and provide solidarity," the statement added.
Around 6 a.m., the group said hundreds of Israeli troops were evicting the Paleostinian residents and removing activists from the buildings.
Earlier, the army dispersed several dozen Paleostinians protesting the planned demolitions.
[IsraelTimes] Lufthansa has resumed flying to Cairo following a one-day suspension due to safety concerns.
The German airline’s website shows LH582 took off from Frankfurt after an almost two-hour delay and was expected to arrive in Egypt’s capital later Sunday.
On Saturday, British Airways announced the suspension of its flights to and from Cairo for seven days for unspecified reasons related to security.
British Airways attributed its cancellations to what it called its constant review of security arrangements at all airports, calling them "a precaution to allow for further assessment." Lufthansa said it was suspending its flights as a precaution, mentioning "safety" but not "security" as its concern.
Company spokespeople would not elaborate on what motivated the suspensions.
[IsraelTimes] The Foreign Ministry announces it will host six journalists from Arab countries in Israel this week, including from Iraq and Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... The journalists will tour Jerusalem, northern Israel, Tel Aviv and other sites in the country, as well as meet with Knesset members, ministry officials and academics.
The ministry says the purpose of the visit was to expose the journalists to the "Israeli positions" on unspecified diplomatic issues and to Israeli society.
A statement from the ministry doesn’t specify who the journalists are and what countries they come from, but stresses it’ll be the first such delegation to include journalists from Saudi Arabia and Iraq, neither of which has diplomatic ties with Israel.

[DAWN] Hong Kong police launched tear gas at protesters on Sunday after a massive pro-democracy march continued late into the evening.
The action was the latest confrontation between police and demonstrators who have taken to the streets for over a month to protest a proposed extradition bill and call for electoral reforms in the Chinese territory.
The march reached its police-designated end point in Hong Kong's Wan Chai district in the late afternoon, but thousands continued onward, at various points occupying key government and business districts. They then headed for the Liaison Office, which represents China's Communist Party-led central government within the city.
Protesters threw eggs at the building and spray-painted its surrounding surveillance cameras. China's national emblem, which adorns the front of the Liaison Office, was splattered with black ink.
Note that only three of the fourteen do not have Mohammed in various variations in their name, dear Reader.
The group has another name, "Tufan group", a RAB blurb said.
They could have been the Mohammed group, but that probably would not have been a differentiator in that part of the world.
"The group is known for ragging in schools and colleges, disturbing students, drug trading, theft, rowdy behavior on cycle of violences, spreading illegal videos online and frightening people in the neighborhood," Lieutenant Colonel Md Sarwar-bin-Kashem said.

New Delhi’s longest-serving chief minister, died on Saturday after a prolonged illness. She was 81.
Dikshit died at a hospital in New Delhi, where she had been admitted for treatment for a heart ailment, New Delhi Television channel said.
A veteran leader of the now-opposition Congress party, Dikshit served as chief minister of the capital for three consecutive terms, from 1998 to 2013. In a tweet on Saturday, the Congress party called her a “lifelong congresswoman” who “transformed the face of Delhi.” Dikshit was elected as a member of India’s Parliament in 1984, representing a seat in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh. She served as a federal minister from 1986 to 1989.
[RADIOSHABELLE] Residents of Ras Kamboni village on the Lamu-Somalia border were on Saturday held temporarily under house curfew as security units led by the Kenya Defense Forces combed the area in search of suspected al-Shabaab ...... an Islamic infestation centering on Somalia attempting to metastasize into Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and similar places, all ofwhich have enough problems without them... hard boys.
The security agencies had received intelligence that the turbans had arrived in the area and were planning attacks in the region.
The villagers’ movements were limited as they were instructed not to wander far from their homes lest they were caught up in the operation.
The massive crackdown is also believed to have been largely precipitated by the recent IED terror attacks in the border area of Kiunga, Ishakani, and others in the last couple of weeks.
Both areas all fall under those mapped under the Linda Boni security operation.
The operation was launched in 2015 to flush out Al-Shabaab murderous Moslems believed to be holed up inside the Boni forest from where they have been launching attacks on various parts of Lamu and neighboring counties.
Locals said they were locked in their houses for the better part of Saturday with many reporting hearing gunshots and explosions around their village indicative of fiery ...a single two-syllable word carrying connotations of both incoherence and viciousness. A fiery delivery implies an audience of rubes and yokels, preferably forming up into a mob... fire exchange.
They were also barred from using the Ishakani-Ras Kamboni route so as to allow the security units to ward off the terrorists.
"We stayed indoors for almost the entire day. They didn’t force us but made us understand that it was a security crackdown on suspected al-Shabaab hard boys. We could hear loud gunshots and explosions. They were very close to our village," Ahmed Islam said.
Residents also reported hearing of another IED terror attack at a location between Ras Kamboni and Ishakani at the border on Saturday dawn that is said to have left two civilians dead.
"We believe its the attack that prompted them to hold the curfew on our village and conduct the operation. It was only until around 6 pm in the evening that we were allowed to go to the shops," Omar Mohammed said.
Security officers have refused to comment on the house curfew or admit to the alleged IED attack that killed two and prompted the lockdown of an entire village for hours.
One of the senior security officers in Lamu, however, denied that Ras Kamboni village had been on lockdown and said the gunshots and explosions reported by the villagers were from a routine drill by security agencies from a nearby camp.
Efforts to get a comment from the Linda Boni operation bosses were futile as their phones went unanswered.

[Bangkok Post] Thai security forces seized a Muslim rebel camp after an exchange of fire in Narathiwat province on Sunday morning. The clash took place after troops, led by the 45th Ranger Task Force, were deployed in three teams to patrol Khao Tawe mountain range near Ban Hae in Rangae district. The deployment followed information that a band of militants led by Abdulloh Bula and Muhammad Kadir was in the area to plan terrorist attacks.
One of the patrol teams came across a group of eight to ten armed men sitting in a camp. The two other teams were subsequently called to provide support. They laid siege to the camp and signalled the rebels to surrender. An exchange of fire between the two sides broke out and lasted for about ten minutes. The insurgents managed to break through and escaped.
A trail of blood left on the escape route led to the belief that one or two militants might have been wounded. Isra Chanthakrayom, commander of the 45th Ranger Task Force, contacted military units in the adjoining area between Chanae and Rangae districts, instructing them to check hospitals in the area where injured rebels might have sought medical treatment.

CUMMINGS: "George, no matter where I go, what I'm hearing over and over again from my constituents is, "Please save our democracy. Please save our country." And you know something else they say, George? They say "I'm scared." I have never, in my total of 37 years in public service, ever heard a constituent say they were scared of their leader."
Why it matters: Cummings, the chairman of the powerful House Oversight Committee, has been reluctant to endorse impeachment. Yet he has not hesitated to attack President Trump as a racist who evokes fear in his own constituents, raising questions about when the Democratic Party's moral bar for impeachment will outweigh the potentially harmful political ramifications.
Maya Cummings, his wife, runs a consultancy and non profit which conveniently, gets a lot of biz from the Congressman's office and people with biz before Congress.

Kern is following in the footsteps of Gerhard Schroeder, the former German chancellor, who was appointed chairman of Russia’s oil giant Rosneft in 2017 while remaining chairman of Russia’s Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project.
[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Humanitarian group SOS Mediterranee said Sunday it has relaunched migrant rescue operations off Libya, seven months after it was forced to abandon efforts using its ship Aquarius.
SOS Mediterranee and Doctors Without Borders (MSF) "are back at sea with a new vessel, the Ocean Viking, to conduct search and rescue activities in the central Mediterranean," it said.
"As people are still fleeing Libya on one of the most perilous sea crossings in the world, and with almost no available rescue assets present in the central Mediterranean, it has been an imperative for both SOS Mediterranee and MSF to return at sea following the ending of their operations with the Aquarius in December 2018."

[DAWN] PRIME Minister Imran Khan ... aka The Great Khan, who is the lightweight's lightweight... ’s departure for the US has been preceded by a most timely development: the arrest of Hafiz Saeed ...founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba and its false-mustache offshoot Jamaat-ud-Dawa. The United Nations declared the JuD a terrorist organization in 2008 and Hafiz Saeed a terrorist as its leader. Hafiz, JuD and LeT are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Pak intel apparatus, so that amounted to squat... , leader of the banned Jamaat-ud-Dawa ...the front organization of Lashkar-e-Taiba... and a UN- and US-designated global terrorist.
The holy man was apprehended on Wednesday by Punjab’s counterterrorism police while on his way from Lahore to Gujranwala to obtain bail in a terror-financing case.
There is a palpable sense that the government of late has moved its campaign against Death Eater groups into high gear, with over two dozen cases of terror financing filed earlier this month against JuD’s top leaders. The world is watching Pakistain’s actions closely, particularly in connection with JuD and Jaish-e-Mohammed; any perceived kid-glove treatment of them will feed into global misgivings that the country has a selective policy vis-à-vis holy warrior organizations.
The latest turn of events has therefore gone down well, with President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... hailing the arrest of "the so-called Mumbai ’criminal mastermind’ after a ten-year-long search".
Pakistain must continue to plough ahead to put Death Eater groups out of business and prosecute their members under the provisions of the Anti Terrorism Act. Otherwise, Hafiz Saeed’s arrest could be perceived as little more than an opportunistic move calibrated to coincide with an important state visit.
Even more importantly, however, such a course correction has a critical bearing on Pakistain’s internal security and its future as a responsible member of the international community.
The countrywide crackdown against Death Eater groups a few months ago ‐ in which provincial administrations in Sindh, Punjab 1.) Little Orphan Annie's bodyguard
2.) A province of Pakistain ruled by one of the Sharif brothers
3.) A province of India. It is majority (60 percent) Sikh and Hindoo (37 percent), which means it has relatively few Moslem riots.... and Balochistan ...the Pak province bordering Kandahar and Uruzgun provinces in Afghanistan and Sistan Baluchistan in Iran. Its native Baloch propulation is being displaced by Pashtuns and Punjabis and they aren't happy about it... sealed or took control of hundreds of madressahs, schools, mosques, etc run by these organizations ‐ marked what appeared to be a definitive shift in the state’s approach. Interior Minister retired Brig Ijaz Shah confirmed as much at a presser on Thursday when he said the policy pertaining to suspected Death Eater organizations had undergone a change, for which the PTI government deserved credit.
It is unfortunate that such a reversal did not come about some years earlier when fears were repeatedly expressed both in political circles and the media that appeasement of certain Death Eater organizations carried inherent risks that would hurt Pakistain’s long-term interests.
History has shown that such groups cannot be ’managed’, nor their inherently violent proclivities turned on and off at will.
Moreover, all murderous Moslems at some level ‐ even those that are not pan-Islamist ‐ share an ideological affinity which leads them to enable each other, even if indirectly. Be that as it may, now that the state has resolved to eliminate them, it must close off every avenue that Death Eater outfits use to survive and proliferate. They should not, for example, be able to circumvent a ban on their activities by emerging with new names, fake noses and henna wigs,
helmed by the same toxic individuals as before. Nor must they be mainstreamed into electoral politics unless they unequivocally renounce violence. Anything less will be a temporary reprieve.

[DAWN] Nine people, including three civilians and six coppers, died in two back-to-back attacks in Dera Ismail Khan ... the Pearl of Pashtunistan ... on Sunday.
According to Dl Khan District Police Officer (DPO) Salim Riaz, unidentified button men on four cycle of violences opened fire on coppers at the Kotla Saidan checkpost in a residential area at approximately 7:45am on Sunday morning, martyring two coppers.
Following the gun attack, a suicide kaboom took place at the hospital where the victims were shifted, the DPO said. The bomber struck at the entrance to the hospital, martyring four coppers and three civilians who were visiting their relatives.
Inayatullah, a local forensics expert, said the attacker was female and set off 7 kilograms of explosives packed with nails and ball-bearings. However, there is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened... police have yet to confirm or deny details about the bomber as the investigation is still in its early stages.
About 30 others were maimed in the two incidents, DPO Riaz said.
The blast damaged the emergency room, forcing it to be shut down, according to a hospital official, who said the maimed were then shifted to a military hospital. The official spoke on condition of anonymity for fear of reprisal.
The DPO added that according to an initial probe, the attack appeared premeditated.
The TTP claimed the attack but did not acknowledge that the bomber was a woman. According to a statement from TTP spokesperson Muhammad Khorasani, the attack was carried out in retaliation for the killing of a suspected terrorist by the Counter-Terrorism Department in DI Khan on June 23.
Police have now arrested 16 suspects in the attack, all of whom belong to banned organisations.
Police officer Habib Ahmed said authorities also seized weapons during the manhunt.
Dera Ismail Khan has seen a number of suicide attacks over the past decade as the Pakistani military carried out a campaign to suppress militant attacks in the area, an important hub in the £48billion China Pakistan Economic Corridor.
[BREITBART] Sources have confirmed that the Baltimore Police Deputy Commissioner, Danny Murphy, was robbed at gunpoint in the city’s southeast area on Friday night.
Reports state that the incident occurred at 9:30 p.m. while Murphy was with his wife in the 2200 Block of E. Pratt.
The report comes after Baltimore city officials and federal officials announced the launch of a National Public Safety Partnership on July 16 as part of a push to cut down on violent crime in the area.
"We need to do more. There are too many shootings. There are too many killings," said the United States attorney for Maryland, Robert Hur.
Hur said the partnership that is supposed to continue for the next three years is a collaboration with the U.S. Justice Department that utilizes the best in crime analytics, technology, and community engagement.
Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said the program will allow experts to help the city lower its crime rate.
"What we have today that we didn’t have yesterday is the entire weight of the federal government and every expert who is an expert in their particular field at our disposal, and they’re ready to help us right now," he commented.
However, today is that tomorrow you were thinking about yesterday... Breitbart News reported in June that the number of shootings in Baltimore has continued to surge despite the state’s ban on "assault weapons" and "high capacity" magazines.
"Maryland banned ’high capacity’ magazines and a variety of ’assault weapons’ via the Firearm Safety Act of 2013. That Act also required would-be handgun buyers to submit fingerprints to the state police as a part of the registration scenario," the report stated.

[IsraelTimes] Indictment says Adel Abu Hadayeb, 20, of Rahat was radicalized online by Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", propaganda, attempted to build bomb and rocket.
The Shin Bet security service said Sunday it had caught an Arab Israeli man who was planning to carry out a terror attack in a hotel in support of the Paleostinian terror group Hamas.
Adel Abu Hadayeb, 20, of the southern Bedouin town of Rahat, was indicted Sunday in the Beersheba District Court for allegedly planning to bomb the Leonardo Hotel in Ashdod, which was near where he worked as a gardener.
Abu Hadayeb became a supporter of Hamas after being exposed to online propaganda materials for the group, the indictment reads, and had already attempted to construct a bomb for the attack by the time he was arrested last month.
He also attempted to build a rocket, and had purchased some of the materials needed.
After his arrest, he led Sherlocks to a stash of five grenades ‐ two stun grenades, one smoke grenade and two tear-gas grenades ‐ as well as a "Carlo" rifle he had collected.
In a statement, the Shin Bet said Abu Hadayeb’s alleged radicalization was part of a trend in which Israeli citizens were being "influenced by Hamas propaganda spread on social networks and through Paleostinian media."
Also Sunday, prosecutors filed an indictment in the Jerusalem District Court against a 17-year-old on charges of contacting and aiding a terror group, arson and illegal weapons manufacture.
According to the indictment, the East Jerusalem youth got in touch with two Gazook Hamas operatives in February through Facebook. The operatives asked the suspect to collect photographs and information on Israeli national security sites. The suspect then collected information on military checkpoints and cop shoppes, and sent the operatives footage from the Temple Mount in Jerusalem and other locations.
The suspect was aware that the information was being collected to help the Hamas terror group plan military actions, the indictment says.
The suspect had a brush with Israeli security services in the past, after he prepared and threw Molotov cocktails at a Jewish-owned home in the Sheikh Jarah neighborhood in northern Jerusalem in 2017. One of the bombs sparked a fire.
The Jerusalem Post adds, about the first miscreant:
According to the indictment Hadayeb confessed to authorities during his interrogation.
He was indicted for several offenses, including conspiracy to commit a crime (arms trafficking), weapons offenses (arms transfers), weapons offenses (arms possession), weapons offenses (weapons procurement) and weapons offenses (firearms). He was also indicted for attempting to make a bomb, an attempt to carry out an attack against a sensitive facility for terrorist purposes and disruption of legal proceedings.
He was ordered by the court to be detained until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
And according to Ynet, Mr. Hadayeb failed at everything he tried, growing to hate Hamas in the process, though that did not drive him away from the idea of mayhem and destruction.
[Global Research] In this article, we examine America’s war strategies, including its ability to launch an all out theater war against the Islamic Republic on Iran.
A follow-up article will focus on the History of US War Plans against Iran as well as the complexities underlying the Structure of Military Alliances.
Under present conditions, an Iraq style all out Blitzkrieg involving the simultaneous deployment of ground, air and naval forces is an impossibility.
For several reasons. US hegemony in the Middle East has been weakened largely as a result of the evolving structure of military alliances.
The US does not have the ability to carry out such a project.
There are two main factors which determine America’s military agenda in relation to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
1. Iran’s Military
There is the issue of Iran’s military capabilities (ground forces, navy, air force, missile defense), namely its ability to effectively resist and respond to an all out conventional war involving the deployment of US and Allied forces. Within the realm of conventional warfare, Iran has sizeable military capabilities. Iran is to acquire Russia’s S400 state of the art air defense system.
Iran is ranked as "a major military power" in the Middle East, with an estimated 534,000 active personnel in the army, navy, air force and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). It has advanced ballistic missile capabilities as well as a national defense industry. In the case of a US air attack, Iran would target US military facilities in the Persian Gulf.
2. Evolving Structure of Military Alliances
The second consideration has to do with the evolving structure of military alliances (2003-2019) which is largely to the detriment of the United States.
Several of America’s staunchest allies are sleeping with the enemy.
Countries which have borders with Iran including Turkey and Pakistan have military cooperation agreements with Iran. While this in itself excludes the possibility of a ground war, it also affects the planning of US and allied naval and air operations.
Until recently both Turkey (NATO heavyweight) and Pakistan were among America’s faithful allies, hosting US military bases.
From a broader military standpoint, Turkey is actively cooperating with both Iran and Russia. Moreover, Ankara has acquired (July 12, 2019) ahead of schedule Russia’s state of the art S-400 air defense system while de facto opting out from the integrated US-NATO-Israel air defense system.
Needless to say the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is in crisis. Turkey’s exit from NATO is almost de facto. America can no longer rely on its staunchest allies. Moreover, US and Turkish supported militia are fighting one another in Syria.
Moreover, several NATO member states have taken a firm stance against Washington’s Iran policy: "European allies are grappling with mounting disagreements over foreign policy and growing irritated with Washington’s arrogant leadership style."
"The most important manifestation of growing European discontent with U.S. leadership is the move by France and other powers to create an independent, "Europeans only" defense capability" (See National Interest, May 24, 2019)
Iraq has also indicated that it will not cooperate with the US in the case of a ground war against Iran.
Under present conditions, none of Iran’s neigbouring states including Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Armenia would allow US-Allied ground forces to transit through their territory. Neither would they cooperate with the US in the conduct of an air war.
In recent developments, Azerbaijan which in the wake of the Cold War became a US ally as well as a member of NATO’s partnership for peace has changed sides. The earlier US-Azeri military cooperation agreements are virtually defunct including the post-Soviet GUAM military alliance (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova).
Bilateral military and intelligence agreements between Iran and Azerbaijan were signed in December 2018. In turn, Iran collaborates extensively with Turkmenistan. With regard to Afghanistan, the internal situation with the Taliban controlling a large part of Afghan territory, would not favor a large scale deployment of US and allied ground forces on the Iran-Afghan border.

"A Major Conventional War Against Iran Is an Impossibility."
(3) It would be unnecessary and extremely unpopular. Better to bomb strategic targets if e must go to war. Only boots on the ground should be special forces working alongside locals.
almost their entire navy could be disabled in an hour or two
similarly all their air bases could be disabled in even less time

Anyone else notice everytime they write one of these articles (everyday) , there seems too be a crisis in the command structure? Maybe that could be charged too Obama , since he purged the military.

I would love a major confrontation with Iran to replace the muslim mullahs in Iran with a civilian government (reverse the Carter supported 1979 revolution).
But because of all the bad actors who have aligned themselves with Iran, including Russia and Turkey, it would be a very difficult situation to counter Iran and all of its proxies.
But I do believe the current strategy of starving Iran with sanctions is the right approach because Irans proxies require money to support their activiities.
The signs are the sanctions are working.
I hope the US can avoid a major conflict yet continue to bleed Iran through effective sanctions and to cause unrest amongst their civilian population.
I hope the US can work with our allies like the Kurds to achieve these goals against Iran and even against Turkey to hopefully get Erdogan out of leadership.
Because the Kurds were able to defeat ISIS they have been a great ally.
If Iraq wants to side with Iranian proxies rather than with the US we should side with the Kurds so Iraq will understand the cost.
Of course at the same time Russia and China are waiting for any chance to take advantage of the US by getting us involved in proxy wars like Korea and Vietnam in the past
Now Afganistan, Iraq, Syria and Yeman have become proxy wars.
I hope the apeasers of Iran and Russia (like Turkey and Germany) suffer collateral damage of any conflict.
"European allies are grappling with mounting disagreements over foreign policy and growing irritated with Washington’s arrogant leadership style.
What I've always heard is we bribe them massively with defense welfare, unfair trade agreements, and free US Navy protection for the vaunted European exports. All paid straight out of the pocket of the suffering American taxpayer. In return, we are purchasing compliance with the goals of the globalists in the unelected US government.
If we're not even getting that, then what the hell are we bribing Europe for? Why are we in NATO? Europe is getting into bed with Russia, I say cut them loose if they don't see the threat. They're not children and we're not the parent, we don't have to "save them from themselves".
Posted by: Herb McCoy ||
It doesn’t matter who the American president is, nor how much they love him at the start of his term in office, the Europeans will quickly become annoyed by his arrogant leadership style. It’s all a question of who ought to be leading, you see, especially when a closer look reveals how many members of a given European government (plus senior bureaucrats) are actually members of the hereditary aristocracy.
Cut those ungrateful bastards loose. I've never seen so much hate for those who have done so much for Europe. 75 years of peace and they can't even say thank you.

More silliness and hand wringing. They are strategically vulnerable. While a conventional war, such as Iraq is not the best option, beating Iran is not a difficult task depending on the end state your after. If your after a post WWII reconstruction all you need to do is look at Iraq and Afghanistan to see it does not work in Arab nations. Removing them as a threat to the world and region is a short task that can be completed with a very limited force structure. And this is where the rub is. All the Pentagon generals want their piece of the fight to go, so the plan puts everyone on the boat, even if they are not needed. We need to give this fight to SOCOM and the US Marines, those two organizations can pull from the other services for support and end Iran within a week or two.

[BREITBART] Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) introduced a resolution Thursday that would label Antifa ...the armed wing of the Democratic Party... a "domestic terrorist organization."
"Whereas members of Antifa, because they believe that free speech is equivalent to violence, have used threats of violence in the pursuit of suppressing opposing political ideologies," the resolution states.
The resolution continues:
Whereas Antifa represents opposition to the democratic ideals of peaceful assembly and free speech for all; Whereas members of Antifa have physically assaulted journalists and other individuals during protests and riots in Berkeley, Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,; Whereas in February of 2018, journalist Andy Ngo was intimidated and threatened with violence by protestors affiliated with Antifa.
Cruz wrote on Twitter Thursday that the group is a "terrorist organization composed of hateful, intolerant turbans who pursue their extreme agenda through aggressive violence."
Cassidy echoed his colleague’s statements in a blurb Thursday.
"Antifa are terrorists, violent masked bullies who ’fight fascism ...a political system developed in Italy, symbolized by the Roman fasces -- thin reeds, each flimsy in itself but unbreakable when bound into a bundle. Its distinguishing philosophical feature is the Corporate State. The word is nowadays thrown around by all sorts of people who have no idea what they're talking about... ’ with actual fascism, protected by Liberal privilege," he said. "Bullies get their way until someone says no. Elected officials must have courage, not cowardice, to prevent terror."
The resolution also specifically mentions the attack on journalist Andy Ngo in Portland, Oregon, in June.
"Whereas on June 29, 2019, while covering demonstrations in Portland, Oregon, journalist Andy Ngo was physically attacked by protestors affiliated with Antifa," the resolution states.
However, a lie repeated often enough remains a lie... there is currently no crime labeled "domestic terrorism" but the designation does allow law enforcement to investigate a suspect’s associates and affiliations, the Hill reports.
Critics argue that since Antifa does not have a formal organizational structure, labeling a group "domestic terrorists" could be the beginning of "overly broad" enforcement.
[NYPOST] An audio recording released Sunday captured the dramatic moments as a British naval officer warned Iranian military forces against seizing a UK-flagged oil tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, an incident that further roiled tense relations between Europe ...the land mass occupying the space between the English Channel and the Urals, also known as Moslem Lebensraum... , the US and the Islamic Theocratic Republic.
An officer with Iranian Revolutionary Guard told the Stena Impero tanker that "If you obey, you’ll be safe" and demanded it change course last Friday, according to an audio recording released Sunday by maritime security group Dryad Global.
"Alter your course to 360 degrees immediately, over," the Iranian officer said.
A British naval officer aboard the HMS Montrose, a frigate that was patrolling in the area around the strait, warns the Iranian forces of the consequences of their actions.
"Please confirm that you are not intending to violate international law by unlawfully attempting to board," the Brit said, also telling the tanker that it must be able to proceed unimpeded in the international waterway.
"Sir, I reiterate that as you are conducting transit passage in a recognized international strait, under international law your passage must not be impaired, intruded, obstructed or hampered," the British officer said.
The Iranian patrol boat responds by saying it wants to stop the tanker for a security inspection.
"No challenge is intended, no challenge is intended. I want to inspect the ship for security reasons," the officer said.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard released video on Saturday showing commandos carrying machine guns and wearing face masks rappelling from a helicopter to the deck of the Stena Impero.
UK officials said the HMS Montrose was about an hour away from tanker ‐ too far to intervene.
Iran said commandeering the ship was in retaliation for Britannia’s seizure of an Iranian tanker off the coast of Gibraltar on July 4.

[NYPOST] A Venezuelan fighter jet "aggressively shadowed" an American intelligence plane in international airspace, according to US authorities who on Sunday blamed Russia’s "irresponsible military support" of the "illegitimate regime."
The US military on Sunday released video and still images that it says shows the SU-30 Flanker "at an unsafe distance" from a US EP-3 aircraft, "jeopardizing the crew & aircraft" over the Caribbean sea.
It happened Friday ‐ the same day that the Trump administration announced it was sanctioning four brass hats in Venezuela’s military counterintelligence agency.
The US Southern Command insisted that the US plane was targeted while it was "performing a multi-nationally recognized & approved mission in international airspace" over the Caribbean.
The military said in a statement that the "Russian-made fighter aggressively shadowed the EP-3 at an unsafe distance in international airspace for a prolonged period of time, endangering the safety of the crew and jeopardizing the EP-3 mission."
In a series of two posts on Twitter, the southern command, which oversees military activities in the Caribbean, also attacked Vladimir Putin ...President-for-Life of Russia. Under Putin, a new group of business magnates controlling significant swathes of Russia's economy has emerged, all of whom have close personal ties to him. "This action demonstrates #Russia’s irresponsible military support to Maduro’s illegitimate regime & underscores Maduro’s recklessness & irresponsible behavior, which undermines int’l rule of law & efforts to counter illicit trafficking," it tweeted.
Venezuela’s Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez says the US plane entered Venezuelan airspace without prior notification and endangered commercial flights from the country’s main airport.

[CBSNEWS] New Jersey Sen. Cory Spartacus Booker U.S. Senator-for-Life from Noo Joisey, formerly the mayor of Newark. Booker is a candidate for president in 2020, running on a platform of Make America Newark. He once wrote an essay on how to grope babes. He is noted for having an imaginary friend named T-Bone... , "fiercely heterosexual",
one of the two dozen Democrats competing for the party's presidential nomination, said President Trump is weaponizing racial animus to sow division in the country for his own political gain. Nothing like a little home-grown projection.
"He is somebody that is using race like a weapon to divide our country against itself," Booker said on "Face the Nation" Sunday. "He's been using it since before he became president as a way to accelerate his gaining of political power."
The New Jersey Democrat was referring to the president's recent attacks against four progressive politicians of color. Last week, Mr. Trump posted a series of racist tweets suggesting that Reps. Ilhan Omar ...Somali-American Dem representative from Minnesota. She is apparently married to her brother and may be her own grandmaw on her mother's side... of Minnesota, Alexandria Boom Boom Ocasio-Cortez Dem represntative from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details... of New York, Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan should "go back" to the "totally broken and crime infested places from which they came."
Only Omar was born outside the U.S. Pressley, who is African American, was born in Ohio. Ocasio-Cortez, of Puerto Rican heritage, was born in New York. Tlaib, the daughter of Paleostinian immigrants colonists, was born in bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... . Omar, a naturalized U.S. citizen, was born in Somalia, a country she and her family fled from because of a civil war.
Booker said the president's controversial remarks ‐ which were formally condemned by a resolution passed by the Democratic-led House ‐ are reminiscent of tactics used by politicians throughout American history to stir up xenophobia and racism for political gain. He compared them to anti-Irish tropes in the 19th century and the rhetoric of segregationists during the Civil Rights era.
"The language he uses is actually language, tired old tropes, that have been used by demagogues all throughout our country's history," Booker said, adding later. "This president is yet another sad chapter."
In his tweet, Trump never called these women out by name. Their collective guilty consciences and all the other democrats assumed it was them. This would be quite funny if it weren't for the media running with the false narrative - again.
I do wish Trump hadn't said countries but said go home or something so that it would apply to all American Hated democrats from dysfunctional states (CA for example). Then again he knows what he's doing better than i do so I'll just cook up some more popcorn.
[Journal Online ]Three elusive militants, one of them a most wanted New People’s Army rebel and the two others members of the Abu Sayyaf Group were hauled to jail by agents of the Philippine National Police Intelligence Group (PNP-IG) in separate manhunt operations
In a report, the arrested suspects were identified as wanted Abu Sayyaf rebels Gappal Saripada, alias ‘Badigoy/Gong,' and Amil Hamja Hamsain; and Cheryl Mama Tolino, alias ‘Ka Che,’ a known NPA organizer in Central Mindanao.
Saripad, also known as Gappal Bannah/Maidan/Boy Negro’ was nabbed in Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay last Saturday. The suspect was the subject of a warrant of arrest for multiple murder and multiple frustrated murder issued on September 4, 2018. The suspect was described as a brother of Hashim Saripada, alias ‘Ibnu Kashir Saripada,' and said that both are Abu Sayyaf bomb makers wanted for their role in a 2018 bombing in Lamitan, Basilan which killed at least ten people near a military detachment in the area. The bombing was said to have been ordered by Abu Sayyaf leader Furuji Indama.
The official said that the suspects are also wanted for their involvement in the 2005 Valentine’s Day bombing in different cities which killed at least nine innocent victims.

[Quillette] Responding to news that journalist Andy Ngo had been beaten by antifa protestors in Portland last month, a woman named Charlotte Clymer tweeted that "Ngo intentionally provokes people on the left to drive his content. Being attacked today on video taken by an actual journalist (because Ngo is definitely not) is the greatest thing that could have happened to his career. You know it. I know it. He knows it. We all know it. Violence is completely wrong, and I find it sad and weak to allow a sniveling weasel like Andy Ngo to get under one’s skin like this, but I’m also not going to pretend this wasn’t Ngo’s goal from the start. I mean, let’s cut the shit here. This is what they do." One sees this all over the place on the left. They put words or thoughts into other people and then blame them for the things they imagined.
Who is Charlotte Clymer? She is an activist who works at the Human Rights Campaign, America’s "largest LGBTQ civil rights organization," which supposedly "envision[s] a world where LGBTQ people are ensured equality at home, at work [and] in every community." Andy Ngo, who has written for Quillette, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post and other publications, happens to be gay. So this is where we are right now: A staffer for a human-rights organization dedicated to helping gay people is publicly cheering the beating of a gay man. This should raise an eyebrow.
The idea that one’s disagreement with Ngo’s point of view disqualifies him from the physical protection granted to other ordinary citizens proved to be quite common in the aftermath of Ngo’s beating. Aymann Ismall, a staff writer at Slate, for example, tweeted: "I’d argue what the fear mongering he’s done against Muslims plus the work he’s done to discredit hate crimes, helped create an atmosphere of violence that vulnerable people all have to live through just for being who they are. This is bad, but he’s guilty of worse." Writer Jesse Singal, responding to this spate of violence apologism among Social Justice progressives, put it best with four words: "awful, awful, awful, awful." It goes on and dissects how leftist intellectuals and academics have redefined words so that any speech they don't like is violence, which justifies their violence as righteous self-defense.

But then of course the left is all about treating people differently based on what group they say they belong to.
Baghdad (IraqiNews) Iraqi Security forces and al-Hashd al-Shaabi (PMF) cleansed 12 villages near Tarmiyah District, north of Baghdad, on Sunday, within the second phase of operation "Will of Victory".

[BREITBART] Prior to announcing her candidacy for the Democrat nomination for president, spiritual author Marianne Williamson asked white people at an event to apologize to the black people in attendance for the "evils" perpetrated against black people throughout United States history. The Dems continue their shift to become the anti-white party.
Williamson, whose “prayer” came during her “Love America Tour” at the Unity of Houston Church in 2018, asked the white people to hold hands with nearby black attendees.
As the audience repeated her every word, sentence by sentence, Williamson said:
As I speak, I am going to ask the white Americans in the room to please repeat after me. On behalf of myself and on behalf of my country, to you and all African Americans, from the beginning of our nation’s history, in honor of your ancestors and on behalf of your children please hear this from my heart. I apologize. Please forgive us. With this prayer I acknowledge the depth of the evils that have been perpetrated against black people in America. From slavery to lynchings to white supremacist laws to the denial of voting rights to all the ways, both large and small, all of the evil, all of them wrong, for all the opression, and all of the injustices, I apologize. Please forgive us.”
It's a good intention to make innocent people pay for the crimes of others? Retroactively? No.

Nobody here should be uncomfortable with this:
"Yet you say, ‘Why should not the son suffer for the iniquity of the father?’ When the son has done what is just and right, and has been careful to observe all my statutes, he shall surely live. The soul who sins shall die. The son shall not suffer for the iniquity of the father, nor the father suffer for the iniquity of the son. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon himself.

Y'all apologize for turning most major cities into shitholes.
If someone can create a list of folks descended from slave owners I'm willing to listen to discussions. Until then this is just red meat to get black voters to ignore the improvement in their lives during the Trump era.

[DAILYCALLER] A Georgia state lawmaker appears to have been caught lying about her allegation that she was told to “go to back to where you came from” by a white customer in an Atlanta grocery store.
On Friday, Erica Thomas, a Democrat, alleged that a “white man” called her a “lazy son of a b*tch” and told her to “go back” to where she came from.
On Sunday, Eric Sparkes stepped forwarded and claimed he was the man that Thomas was referring to in the grocery store. He denied ever making any racially charged insults towards Thomas and said he only called her a “lazy b*itch” because she had too many items in the express checkout lane.
Sparkes told reporters that he is a Democrat and a Hispanic American who vehemently opposes President Trump. He added that Thomas was only doing this to help further her political career.
Later, Thomas appeared to walk back her claims saying that Sparkes may not have exactly told her to go back to her country.
actually, she had 20 items in the "10 items-or-less" express line with empty checkstands adjacent. "Lazy Bitch" is better than what I'd call her

Over the years I've had several encounters with people at the grocery store or the bank who a erred "they were in a hurry" and wanted to go ahead of me. I told ever one of them that if they were "in a hurry" the bank or grocery store was not the place to be. Then I told them it was their right as an American to stand in line behind me. Got applause more than once.
