#4 The California budget is $300B so their reparations fund will have be done as a layaway. Their stupidity did us a great service. If their scam had come in at $10B or less, they would still be building their narrative, which they could have subsequently robbed like they did the super train funding. The real cost of the reparations stupidity would have still been $300B but they didn’t low ball the quote to get initial approval.
