#2 Unfortunately, I think Solana is marching to the beat of his own drummer. There's not one chance in the world that Herr Schroeder will go for this, even if Inspector Clouseau did find nukes, smallpox and dead babies in a lab somewhere in Iraq. Of all the current EU states, only the Brits, Italians and Spanish are providing any significant assistance.
