#3 It is eerie, but not surprising, how much the U.N. support for Annan sounds like cBS' support statements for Rather! Hey...maybe Annan can go over and anchor the nightly "news", and Rather can head the U.N. They'd be just as effective and trustworthy in their new positions as they were in their old ones!!

The Swiss-based firm Cotecna Inspection S.A., said Kojo Annan was paid $2,500 a month to prevent him from working for competitors after he left the company in 1998.
