#1 Birth control, put something in the mutton, and I don't just means those controlling these policies. I seem to recall it working re the pigeon, (flying rat), problem in Londonistan a while back.

#3 Sorry TW but this time you're wrong, they'll still have just as many children just a much higher infant mortality rate, and huge gang membership increase.

If they can't get it from the govt, they'll just steal it.
