#3 What Steve said. Rahm pocketed $300,000 for a four-month stint as a Freddie Mac director in IIRC 2001. No doubt Obey et al are lining up their next Fannie-Freddie gigs as we speak. Not exactly Goldman but then, the workload's far lighter, esp if you're a figurehead "director" directing nothing at all.
