#2 actually more like beef or lamb. We use it weekly as a replacement for our red meat needs. Very lean, very green and it's great to devour half the nations coat of arms. And believe me the other half doesn't taste like chicken

#3 A kangaroo walks into a bar and orders a beer. The bartender says: "That'll be $15." The kangaroo takes the money out of his pouch , pays the bartender and sits there quietly sipping his beer. After a while the bartender says: " You know, we don't get many kangaroos in here." The kangaroo replies: " At these prices, I'm not surprised."

#4 Not bad actually. Beef or lamb is correct. A Kewi by the name of Chef Warren used to fly it in once or twice a month and serve it at 'BAT-7' in Kuwait City. Always a treat. Top it off with a nice portion of sticky date pudding and cigars, very civilized.

#6 A kangaroo may look funny but they are all business when it comes to self defense. They can kick the guts out of a predator with those huge hind legs and they have a temper.
