#3 The bill is sort of a puppet show. I don’t think that the low level Dems playing bi-partisan in this case are fooling any of their constituents. Manchin looks like he is positioning himself to step into the presidential race once Biden is out. I can’t make heads or tails of Sinema’s plan. If she participates in the Dem primary, her moves make sense. If she is running third party, the Dem vote will split.
