WASHINGTON (AP) — An assistant FBI director retired after he was accused of drunkenly groping a female subordinate in a stairwell. Another senior FBI official left after he was found to have sexually harassed eight employees. Yet another high-ranking FBI agent retired after he was accused of blackmailing a young employee into sexual encounters.
An Associated Press investigation has identified at least six sexual misconduct allegations involving senior FBI officials over the past five years, including two new claims brought this week by women who say they were sexually assaulted by ranking agents.
Each of the accused FBI officials appears to have avoided discipline, the AP found, and several were quietly transferred or retired, keeping their full pensions and benefits even when probes substantiated the sexual misconduct claims against them.
Beyond that, federal law enforcement officials are afforded anonymity even after the disciplinary process runs its course, allowing them to land on their feet in the private sector or even remain in law enforcement.
"They’re sweeping it under the rug," said a former FBI analyst who alleges in a new federal lawsuit that a supervisory special agent licked her face and groped her at a colleague’s farewell party in 2017. She ended up leaving the FBI and has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder.
"As the premier law enforcement organization that the FBI holds itself out to be, it’s very disheartening when they allow people they know are criminals to retire and pursue careers in law enforcement-related fields," said the woman, who asked to be identified in this story only by her first name, Becky.
The AP’s count does not include the growing number of high-level FBI supervisors who have failed to report romantic relationships with subordinates in recent years — a pattern that has alarmed investigators with the Office of Inspector General and raised questions about bureau policy.

Obama salted the senior ranks of thr federal government over eight years with thousands of partisan senior executives and administrators. In turn they have grown legions of fellow thinkers, and when merit succumbed to favoritism this kind of behavior grew. Diversity mindset gives you these kinds of cancer unless you prize competence and honesty zealously.
I doubt the happened under Zero and know it wont if JoJo and the Ho get in.

[Indy Star] Brandon Bernard was executed by lethal injection Thursday at the U.S. Penitentiary in Terre Haute despite a flurry of last-minute appeals filed by his lawyers. He was pronounced dead at 9:27 p.m., the Associated Press reported.
Bernard, 40, was convicted in 2000 of two counts of murder and other offenses for his role in the kidnapping, robbery and murder of a couple in Killeen, Texas, in 1999. His execution was scheduled in October, just months after the Trump administration ended a 17-year hiatus on federal executions.
"Tonight, those of us who love Brandon Bernard — and we are many — are full of righteous anger and deep sadness at the actions of the federal government in taking his life," Robert Owen, one of Bernard's lawyers, said in a prepared statement on Thursday. "Brandon’s life mattered. To us, his legal team; to his two beautiful and talented daughters; to his mother, brother, and sister; and to the countless people around the country who came to know him and his story in recent weeks."
Bernard and four other young men carried out the carjacking and robbery that led to the deaths of Todd and Stacie Bagley, who were in Killeen at the time to see friends and visit a church.
[10 News] The Trump administration has carried out its ninth execution of the year and the first during a presidential lame-duck period in 130 years.
Federal prison officials in Terre Haute, Indiana, on Thursday, executed a Texas street-gang member for his role in the 1999 slayings of an Iowa religious couple.
The case of 40-year-old Brandon Bernard was a rare execution of a person who was in his teens when his crime was committed.
Bernard was pronounced dead at 9:27 p.m. Eastern time on Thursday, the AP reported.
He was 18 when he and four other teenagers abducted and robbed Todd and Stacie Bagley on their way from a Sunday service in Killeen, Texas.
According to the Associated Press, reality TV star Kim Kardashian West had even asked President Trump to commute Bernard's sentence to life in prison.
Bernard's last words, which were directed to the Bagley family, were "I'm sorry," the AP reported.
Four more federal executions, including one Friday, are planned in the weeks before President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration.
[Washington Examiner] Attorney General William Barr reportedly worked to keep investigations involving Hunter Biden's business affairs out of the public's view during the 2020 election.
A source told the Wall Street Journal that Barr knew since the spring about federal investigations centered in Delaware and Manhattan looking into Biden's business and financial dealings. This was around the time his father, former Vice President Joe Biden, became the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.
The news comes shortly after reports said Barr plans to stay at the Justice Department until President Trump's term ends in January, tamping down speculation that he wants to step down early.
Neither inquiry is said to implicate the elder Biden, but Justice Department guidelines advise against overt investigatory actions that could disrupt an election. Still, Republicans have long called for investigations into Hunter Biden, and such a demand by Trump to Ukraine's president even paved the way to impeachment.
The report said Barr has resisted demands by Republicans in Congress for information on any investigations involving Hunter Biden. In the final weeks leading up to the election, which Joe Biden won, there had been scarce reporting on federal investigatory action related to his son, but there was a great deal of coverage dedicated to the controversy surrounding Trump allies' efforts to draw attention to Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings and potential for the involvement of a foreign disinformation campaign.
The Justice Department did not return the Washington Examiner's request for comment on the report.

So federal investigation of potential wrong-doing and corruption by Biden family is masked and withheld until after the American people have cast their ballots.
Looks like collusion and deception to me. Although I could be wrong, it could actually be labeled a co-conspiracy.

On what should we place our reliance?
Sez Hunter, "Muh humble appliance."

UP FRONT - I have made it clear in my postings, I am NO Fan of AG Barr.
But his role as the DOJ AG is to investigate and dispense Justice, not support a Political Narrative.
Please allow me to play Devils Advocate a little..
I can see a number of reasons for handling this on the QT.
* Threats to investigators and their families.
* Congressional Oversight Committees demanding to be included in the investigation loop.
* Blackmail, bribery and sex-exchanges in the investigative food chain to miss or omit evidence.
* Sudden fake criminal arrests of Investigative family members.
* A Lois Lerner type political motivated IRS audits.
* The Media running with another ANTI-TRUMP false narrative just before election.
* Left Wing Political groups stirring up public problems, screaming it is a Political Election stunt. Possibility shifting some independent sympathetic voters to Biden. Because of the likely newspeak claiming Trump was abusing his Political pull over the DOJ AG to rig the election.
* plus likely a 1/2 dozen more legal challenges and issues if it went to trial and what a jury pool would think from the flood of NEWSPEAK.
With that said I still feel Barr is not moving to indict the well documented crimes of the DC/Deep State Elitists.

We gave him the benefit of the doubt. We had high hopes for him, but in the end, he betrayed our President. He betrayed America. He should be dismissed from the post as soon as possible.

The DOJ is rotten at the head. and what other departments. Move the government offices to the Topeka area and provide the legislators with a remote vote ability. Keep the museums and art galleries in DC to provide employment for trhe residents but please separate lobbying and legislation.

Barr and Durham have been dismal failures. Time to move them aside and clean out the garbage. Barr's connection to China to the tune of 40 million dollars would give pause to anyone reviewing his credibility and or balanced objectivity.

A black life that mattered less. Rioters on hiatus until 2024.
[Gateway] A stunning development on the legal front that directly impacts the so-called conspiracy theory that the death of Seth Rich was something more than routine street crime. The FBI now admits it has Seth Rich’s laptop. This information has just been posted on Lawflog.com courtesy of Ty Clevenger.
According to an email posted at Lawflog.com and sent to attorney Ty Clevenger, the attorney for the FBI now admits that the:
FBI has completed the initial search identifying approximately 50 cross-reference serials, with attachments totaling over 20,000 pages, in which Seth Rich is mentioned. FBI has also located leads that indicate additional potential records that require further searching. . . . FBI is also currently working on getting the files from Seth Rich’s personal laptop into a format to be reviewed. As you can imagine, there are thousands of files of many types. The goal right now is to describe, generally, the types of files/personal information contained in this computer.
After more than four years of repeated denials from the FBI that they had searched their files and had no information on Seth Rich, we now know that was a blatant lie. It was David Hardy, a FBI Senior official, who put that denial in writing in September 2017. Hardy was the Section Chief of the Record/Information Dissemination Section ("RIDS"), Information Management Division ("IMD"),1 Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI"), in Winchester, Virginia. He stated under oath that the FBI had no records on Seth Rich:

Maybe it is time to have an Independent Special Investigation of all US Agencies.
If for nothing other than to WEED OUT THE VERY FEW,
but clearly existing Rouge Subversive and Political elements that have wormed their way into them.
Why not require a 2 rotating party witnessed Polygraph conducted by other agencies. Along with a TS level Life Style/Association review administered once a year, by different auditors and testers.
Because anyone with holding the Highest most important LEO and National Security jobs in the USA, MUST BE beyond ANY reproach.

BTW: I would start with FBI Senior official David Hardy.
Who denied under oath and in writing that the FBI had no records on Seth Rich.
Again playing devils advocate.
It could have been done to protect the investigation.
But I feel feel given the 4 years it was hidden, it is more than likely done to protect the Phony Trump/Russia Impeachment Proceedings and those involved (DNC, Clinton's and etc..) that were pushing that Political False narrative.
Whatever the case it is clear something is suspiciously amiss.
While murder has no Statue of Limitations. It does raise the question. What is the Statue of Limitations for the crimes Mr. Rich laptop data likely uncovered and what political or $$$$ brownie point was it worth and to whom?
Summary
4 years to piece the data together I call BS...
Even IF the Drive was crashed and LEO courier escorted to ONTRACK Data Recovery and watched 24/7 I would have had it back to me in less than 3 days after scheduling the recovery.
then a typical IT Forensic Data Exam would take 2 to 4 weeks.

[FoxNews] Texas has left the union once before. After becoming a state in 1845, the Lone Star State seceded from the United States and joined the Confederate States of America in 1861.
A Texas state lawmaker says he plans to introduce a referendum pushing for the state to secede from the U.S.
"The federal government is out of control and does not represent the values of Texans. That is why I am committing to file legislation this session that will allow a referendum to give Texans a vote for the State of Texas to reassert its status as an independent nation," Rep. Kyle Biedermann, R-Fredricksburg, said in a statement.
The state legislature does not resume session until January, but Biedermann said his bill will rely on Article 1 Section 2 of the Texas Constitution which reads: "All political power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their benefit."
"The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient."
Groups, such as the Texas Nationalists Movement, have long supported efforts to secede, and the 87th Texas Legislature has seen hundreds of such motions presented to them in the past.
Texas has left the union once before. After becoming a state in 1845, the Lone Star State seceded from the United States and joined the Confederate States of America in 1861. After the Civil War and Reconstruction, Texas was fully readmitted into the Union in 1870.

[PJ] This story reads like a time capsule from the Cold War.
The General Intelligence and Security Service said the agents worked at the Russian embassy and had diplomatic accreditation.
"Both intelligence officers have been declared persona non grata by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs," the Dutch agency said. "Consequently they are no longer allowed to work as diplomats in the Netherlands, and they will have to leave the country forthwith."
The Dutch agency known as the AIVD said that the officers both worked for Russia’s civil intelligence agency known as SVR. One of them built a network of sources who work or used to work in the high-tech sector in the Netherlands, the AIVD said, the second agent "played a supporting role."
Did they use hollowed-out rocks and holes in tree stumps to drop off their microfilm? This sounds like old-school espionage, and it is. It’s probably not the most sophisticated spycraft the Russians have at their disposal, but the fact that they even still engage in such actions suggests Putin, for all his KGB wiles, may have lost some edge on his fastball.
[Jpost] The Russian navy said on Thursday it would take part in drills involving more than 30 countries off the coast of Pakistain, the first time in a decade that its vessels have taken part in exercises alongside NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It's headquartered in Belgium. That sez it all.... ships.
The AMAN-2021 anti-piracy drills are set to be held in waters near Bloody Karachi ...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous... in February 2021 and will involve British, US, Ottoman Turkish, Chinese, Japanese and other forces, the Russian defense ministry said in a statement.
Russia plans to send a frigate, a patrol ship, a tugboat, a sea-based helicopter and some other units, it said on its website.
Russian and NATO navy vessels last took part in drills together at the NATO-led Bold Monarch exercises in 2011 off the coast of Spain, it was quoted by the TASS news agency as saying.
Ties between Russia and the West are languishing at post-Cold War lows, strained by everything from Russia's 2014 annexation of Ukraine's Crimea to allegations of hacking US elections and Syria.

[Townhall] Billionaire globalist Melinda Gates is "incredibly disappointed" that President Trump has put Americans first in line to receive the Wuhan coronavirus vaccine.
Gates, co-chair of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, told CNN's Poppy Harlow that it's America's and other high-income countries' responsibility to make sure impoverished nations get access to the vaccine just as quickly as everyone else.
"Everybody needs this vaccine," complained Gates. "If we only get it to the high-income countries, this disease is going to bounce around. We're going to see twice as many deaths. And our recovery of our economies is going to be much slower than if we get the vaccine out to everybody."
If Melinda ever flew commercial, she might be familiar with the advice of placing the oxygen mask on yourself before assisting other people. The Gates were skeptical that Operation Warp Speed would even produce a vaccine by year's end, but now they worry about Americans getting it first. The only thing consistent with these globalists is they always want America to come last.
While the Gates were doubting the 2020 arrival of a vaccine, the Trump administration was sending millions to states and coordinating efforts to distribute the vaccine as soon as one receives approval from the FDA.
Melinda Gates, who warns about so-called "vaccine nationalism," said President Trump's executive order putting Americans first in line to receive the vaccine "is exactly what we were worried about."
Gates said Trump should invoke the Defense Production Act, for the umpteenth time, and scale up "lots and lots of manufacturing so that not just the U.S. gets vaccines but everybody gets vaccines."

If we only get it to the high-income countries, this disease is going to bounce around.
If it were not for the evil rich countries, there would not be vaccines in quantity.
And speaking of poor countries, looking at the worldometers, I notice that not a lot is going in in Africa. In any pandemic, you would expect Africa to be a giant Africa-shaped Petrie dish of disease, given the population, crowded cities, poor sanitation, and all that. But leading the list of per capita deaths is Belgium, not Nigeria. Kinda sorta makes you wonder if having a population that regularly takes anti-malarials helps ward off the Wu...

It's a shame that the Moderna mRNA was created (based on military funded quick vaccine research) in 2 days in January, even before reports of Americans being infected with the virus. Instead of quickly completing the safety and efficacy trials and ramping production, government bureaucrats have slow walked the vaccine for nearly a year. There were more important considerations than the health and life of Americans or the health of the American economy. The November election for one.
