103 of the 9,000 unvaccinated Marines are discharged: Military begins to honorably discharge more than 30,000 active duty service members who are refusing the shot
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • The Marines Corps is booting 103 active members for refusing to get the COVID-19 vaccine, according to reports

  • The news comes as military services begin to discharge up to 30,000 active duty service members who have continued to refuse the shot

  • On Thursday, the Marine Corps said that 95 percent of its 182,500 Marines had received at least one vaccine shot, the lowest percent among military services

  • Navy says 98 percent of active-duty soldiers have gotten at least one dose of COVID vaccine, but remaining two percent or 5,731 soldiers have refused

  • Army says 97.9 percent of active-duty soldiers have been vaccinated but remaining two percent are slated to be discharged beginning in January

  • Air Force has a 97.5 percent while the Marine Corps has 95 percent vaccinated

  • On Monday, the Air Force became the first military branch to terminate unvaccinated members, firing 27 airmen for rejecting mandatory COVID jab

  • The Pentagon announced earlier this year that the COVID-19 vaccine would be mandatory for all service members, including the National Guard and Reserve

Another CNN producer/pedo
[Twitter]

Project Veritas has released the name of the latest CNN producer to be embroiled in a pedophilia scandal. Rick Saleeby, the staffer in question, is a producer on "The Lead with Jake Tapper."

Project Veritas released the name after ensuring that the family involved was safe, according to a press release.

The messages and videos were allegedly obtained by a woman who was involved in a relationship with the CNN producer for over a decade, Janine Banani, a case manager for human trafficking victims, as well as those of domestic violence and sexual assault.

The source claimed to have obtained the information for authorities but contacted Project Veritas when she was worried that action might not be taken. The source told the outlet that she "felt disgusted" and felt the need to come forward because "these people with power seem to get away with it."

These new allegations come after the arrest of former CNN employee, John Griffin, who has been charged with three counts of using a facility of interstate commerce to attempt to entice minors to engage in unlawful sexual activity.

Group pushes for gender equity in vehicle crash testing
They do have a need for Dummies
[FoxNews] Car crash-test dummies may help demonstrate how well vehicles withstand hazards, but safety advocates argue current models aren’t doing enough to protect typical American drivers. The group Verity Now, Vehicle Equity Rules in Transportation, is urging the Biden Administration to bring equity and equality to the government’s 5-star safety rating program.

The advocate group, which is co-chaired by a former GOP member of Congress, is urging Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to require more diversity in the use of crash test dummies. In a letter sent to the secretary this week, the group argued it's a matter of life and death.

"Government standards for vehicle crash testing are outdated and unequal, causing thousands of women to be needlessly killed and injured every year," said former Congresswoman Susan Molinari, co-chair of VERITY NOW. In an interview with FOX on Wednesday, Molinari insisted the public was likely unaware how many government tests rely on a male-shaped dummy first developed in the 1970s. Verity Now’s letter was co-signed by a large group of notable Washington insiders including former Senators Olympia Snowe (R-Maine) and Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.).

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration insists it is using a variety of dummies on many of its tests.

#8  Lost in the verbiage is the fact that nearly all of this fatal fentanyl comes from illegal sources -- the cartels or even through the US Mail directly from China. Years ago Trump & Xi communicated about this Chinese sourcing, something was supposed to have been done by somebody, but AFAICT nothing really changed except for even MOAR fentanyl coming in from across the border, all of it illegal by US standards.

Yet young people think nothing of getting marijuana from casual sources, and now & then one of them turns up DEAD from the fentanyl added unbeknownst to them. Hence the PR releases saying: "One pill, one time, one dead"

Teen drug and alcohol use dropped at record rate in 2021 after remote learning forced kids to stay home and limited their access to illicit substances
Imagine if they made use illegal!
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Substance use among American teens dropped 'significantly' among teens in 2021

  • Drop is the largest on record since the annual National Institute on Drug Abuse survey began in 1975

  • Experts speculate widespread remote learning may have limited access to drugs

  • Two-thirds of teens in the survey took the poll online while learning from home

  • They may have been more reluctant to be honest while taking the survey at home
So possibly none of this is true, especially given all the other reports about significantly increased drug and alcohol use overall during the shutdown and significantly increased anxiety and depression in schoolchildren? Got it.

Gov. DeSantis announces new PRE-COVID monoclonal antibodies treatment in Florida
[Right Scoop] Governor DeSantis is doing everything he can to ensure people who are compromised have as many tools as they can get in order to protect them from getting the virus. Today he announced that he’s making monoclonal antibodies available to people who have not been infected yet and need more protection:
Once again, Gov. DeSantis exhibits his leadership abilities. I have a sense that people will soon be begging for this man to run for the presidency.

#3  Slightly (not entirely) OT: Now we're seeing even Manhattan liberals acknowledge vaccination failure.

The jig's up. Time to let this mild and extremely contagious variant do what should have been done from the beginning, and sweep through the population and give us natural immunity that's far more effective than these failing vaccines and 'boosters.'

From the NY Mag article:

"Suddenly this exceedingly transmissible variant (in combination with its forebear Delta) has arrived at our door with a pistol in its hand to inform us that the jig is finally up. And right now, the only reasonable response seems to be a sheepish, 'What took you so long?' "

#4  One thing I like about Florida's approach: Each FL infusion center accepts patients who refer themselves after they get a positive COVID-19 test. Such FL patients don't need to waste time going through their PCP to then be referred to an infusion center. Most other states require eligible patients take this time-wasting step. The criteria for eligibility are pretty straight forward.
Posted by: Bubba Lover of the Faeries8843 || 12/18/2021 12:28 Comments || Top||

#5  More from the article — this is exciting stuff:

Surrounded by medical professionals in Ocala, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo spoke at Ocala Regional Medical Center to discuss early treatment for COVID-19. The event included signs reading “Early Treatment Saves Lives,” a slogan used when the state launched its monoclonal antibody treatment sites in August as cases ramped up in Florida.

“Most recently, Dec. 8, the FDA issued an emergency use authorization for a new product called Evusheld, and it’s AstraZeneca’s new monoclonal antibody product for pre-exposure prevention of COVID-19 for eligible populations 12 and older,” DeSantis said.

While the new product is different than the other monoclonal antibody treatments available, DeSantis said the treatment was a long-lasting, long-acting monoclonal therapy. He said clinical trials showed it reduced the risk of COVID infections “in the first instance” by 77%. Still, DeSantis said clinical trials were sometimes different than real-world use.

“If you look at Pfizer and their initial results saying 95% protection against infection, I don’t think anyone can look at what’s happened over the last six to eight months and say that it’s 95%,” DeSantis said. “So the immunity clearly wanes.” DeSantis said this was why boosters for COVID-19 vaccines were being pushed more.

The governor said the new treatment from AstraZeneca was for people who had not yet been exposed to COVID, and that were not infected.

“It’s something that you’re trying to provide some antibody protection for about a six month period of time, for the people that are specifically authorized to do the Evusheld are individuals who are immunocompromised and may not have adequate immune response to vaccination,” DeSantis said.

He said the Evusheld treatment was potentially better for people who may not be able to vaccinated or had other health concerns, where the vaccine was not recommended and where other treatments were needed instead. Still, the treatment is not for post-exposure COVID treatment according to DeSantis.

“Initially, we have a very limited allocation, it’s about 3,100 doses,” DeSantis said. “This initial allocation is going to go to hospitals and clinics that are already administering monoclonal antibody treatment to patients, including right here in Ocala. And the way we tried to allocate it was to say ‘can we get it within a two-hour drive of everyone in Florida.’”

So it’s for those at highest risk who do not respond to normal vaccination. I have one of those in my household, so I’ll pass the word, though we don’t live in Florida. Good find, Besoeker.

#7  Actually the FDA changed their EUA criteria to allow treatment for pre-exposure in the cases mentioned in the source article. ANY infusion center in the USA is now authorized to do this, not just the ones in Florida. Still I give DeSantis a lot of credit for staging this event in Florida. Due to the unaccustomed delivery method for this outpatient therapy, the general public and most physicians can't quite get their heads around this.
Meanwhile back in Ohio a recent missive from the state medical board actually deigned to mention outpatient monoclonal antibody therapy for the first time since it was authorized 13 months ago. Way back then I sent them an email asking for their announcement of this, and I never received an answer. Ditto for messages I sent to that state health department. Meanwhile back in Boston, the "World's Greatest Hospital" aka MGH is struggling to deliver 60 infusions a day and complaining of how difficult it was to set up this minimal effort.

#8  trailing wife -- this is as far as Ohio has gone in providing a list of infusion centers in the state. It just points to a federal list of phone numbers to call. One national finding aid is here. You must call each of the numbers in the finding aids to learn where the actual infusion centers are located, and then you must call the actual infusion center to get the info necessary for a physician to make a referral. NB: Florida has eliminated the necessity for any FL patient to go through a physician, and each infusion center is theoretically able to give infusions based on the current FDA criteria for all kinds of high risk patients.
Last week I again tracked down the 2 infusion centers nearest my home, both within 5 miles, and have their phone numbers on my smartphone's contact list, along with the PDF of all paperwork the main one needs. I do this because I am a high risk patient and would be eligible if I ever got a + COVID test, regardless of my vaccination status. The local media AFAICT have not publicized the existence of these centers in any way.
I HIGHLY advise anyone connected to a high risk patient to do the research on locating infusion centers ahead of time. Time is of the essence in getting such an infusion and the current setup tends to waste a good deal of time before an eligible patient actually gets treatment. Florida has at least eliminated one time wasting step, unlike Ohio.

#9  Thank you so much for this information, Bubba Lover of the Faeries8843 — I’ll save the link to this thread for reference.

Final daughter’s doctors are with the University of Cincinnati medical group, so I’ll follow up with her GP and immunologist about this, though I see that Evusheld is not yet listed among the offerings in Ohio. Final daughter had a general course of IVIG (Intravenous immunoglobulin) treatments earlier this year, so her file is in their system, which should help.
Posted by: trailing wife || 12/18/2021 21:09 Comments || Top||

#10

The news articles including the FDA datasheets have obscured the fact the Evusheld is only to be given as intramuscular injections and not for IV use. So infusion centers may not be necessary at all!
---- I have found that the infusion centers giving IVIG are kept separate from those giving the anti-COVID monoclonal antibody treatments, since those up until now were only given to COVID-19 + patients. Evusheld by definition is for patients without an active case of COVID-19, so the IVIG infusion centers won't be adversely affected by giving these antibody treatments and would be logical places well equipped to give Evusheld IM.

Omicron variant in Florida waste water
[HealthNewsFlorida] The COVID-19 omicron variant has been detected in wastewater in Orange and Seminole counties.

The Orange County test that found the variant in sewage is considered preliminary. It's a beta version, which is still being finalized...

"Initial results indicate that the omicron variant has been detected in Orange County in the South West Reclamation Facility and the North West Reclamation Facility," according to a county news release. Altamonte Springs in Seminole County also found the variant in its sewage. City manager Frank Martz told local news outlets on Saturday that the variant was detected in a wastewater sample collected Thursday.
However, no hospitalizations for Omicron yet but several for Delta

Retired generals urge Pentagon to take steps to avert 'civil war' after 2024 election
[Washington Examiner] The U.S. military must start making preparations for another "insurrection" after the 2024 election, according to a trio of retired military generals.

An op-ed published by the Washington Post on Friday called for action amid growing concern among former senior officials about the "potential for lethal chaos inside our military" in a flash of violence that could eclipse the Capitol riot on Jan. 6.

Multiple courses of action were advised by Paul Eaton,
...who oversaw training of the Iraqi military from 2003 to 2004...
a retired U.S. Army major general and a senior adviser to VoteVets,
...an anti-Trump PAC largely funded by Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer's (D., N.Y.) Senate Majority PAC, ally of CAIR...
Antonio Taguba, a retired Army major general with 34 years of active duty service, and Steven Anderson, a retired brigadier general who served in the Army for 31 years. They warned of the possibility of "civil war" resulting from a "military breakdown" due to splits in loyalty.

"First, everything must be done to prevent another insurrection. Not a single leader who inspired it has been held to account. Our elected officials and those who enforce the law — including the Justice Department, the House select committee and the whole of Congress — must show more urgency," they wrote.

The op-ed notes more than 1 in 10 of those charged in the attack on the Capitol nearly a year ago had a service record. They also said a group of 124 retired military officials, under the name "Flag Officers 4 America," released a letter echoing former President Donald Trump’s "false attacks on the legitimacy of our elections."
They also released a letter questioning President Biden’s mental capacity, so I’m all admiration.
With the Jan. 6 committee investigation still underway, the retired generals said the military cannot wait for elected officials to take action.

"The Pentagon should immediately order a civics review for all members — uniformed and civilian — on the Constitution and electoral integrity," the trio said. "There must also be a review of the laws of war and how to identify and deal with illegal orders. And it must reinforce 'unity of command' to make perfectly clear to every member of the Defense Department whom they answer to. No service member should say they didn’t understand whom to take orders from during a worst-case scenario."

"In addition," they wrote, "all military branches must undertake more intensive intelligence work at all installations. The goal should be to identify, isolate and remove potential mutineers; guard against efforts by propagandists who use misinformation to subvert the chain of command; and understand how that and other misinformation spreads across the ranks after it is introduced by propagandists."

To even think of raising the potential of another Civil War on American Soil is outrageous posturing, driven by the mindless Left, in this country, and between 3 of 5 of these brainless 'inspired' leftist military leaders, there is hardly 1 who could even be called a leader during their tenure in the military.

OK Readers come at me, here is the horoscope from the NY Post:

Federal appeals court reinstates Biden COVID-19 vaccine mandate for large businesses
[Washington Examiner] A federal appeals court reinstated the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine-and-testing mandate for private businesses with over 100 employees on Friday.

The 2-1 ruling by the 6th U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati lifted the November injunction, which blocked the rule from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The court noted in its decision that OSHA has historical precedent for using wide discretion to ensure worker safety and "demonstrated the pervasive danger that COVID-19 poses to workers — unvaccinated workers in particular — in their workplaces," according to CNBC.

With the mandate reinstated, businesses with 100 or more employees will be required to have their workers either fully vaccinated by Jan. 4 or submit a negative COVID-19 test every week. Unvaccinated employees were required to start wearing masks indoors beginning Dec. 5.

The case is likely to end up with a showdown at the Supreme Court.
We do live in interesting times. And so, perforce, do they.

#1  By the time the case reaches SCOTUS it will be obvious that NOT letting the completely mild and nearly-harmless omicron variant infect employees is a far greater threat to workplace safety than continuing with what is now obviously a mass incidence of vaccination failure.

Re the above term: "breakthrough infections" is these assholes' latest ridiculous move-the-goalposts Orwellian redefinition of what has always been known in the medical community as vaccination failure.

#2

Look it is a FACT - IT DOES NOT VACCINATE against the C-19/21. It it did then why are we seeing repeated infections of VAX'd people.

Because we have seen VAX person after VAX person still getting the C-19/21. Why are we seeing Countries and States with 90+% VAX rates, still reporting high numbers?

At its best it only reduces the severity for the original strains A-B-D. It is only somewhat effective of Strain O, and that depends on which VAX producer.
Plus isn't it strange only that mRNA P-VAX is claimed by the Biden Junta CDC to be effected.

Despite mountains of medical data proving it not a real solution. Then just what the hell is in this inoculation that only lasts a few months, that is so damn important for the DC Swamp to FORCE into our systems?

#5  Now we're seeing even Manhattan liberals acknowledge vaccination failure.

All from US missionary group freed in Haiti, police say
[AlAhram] The remaining members of a missionary group who were kidnapped two months ago have been freed, Haiti police and the group said Thursday.

The front man for Haiti's National Police, Gary Desrosiers, confirmed to The News Agency that Dare Not be Named that the remaining hostages had been released, but did not immediately provide additional details.

``We glorify God for answered prayer, the remaining 12 hostages are FREE!'' Christian Aid Ministries said in a statement. ``Join us in praising God that all 17 of our loved ones are now safe.''

The Ohio group said it hopes to provide more information later.

The missionaries were kidnapped by the 400 Mawozo gang

on Oct. 16. There were five children in the group of 16 U.S. citizens and one Canadian, including an 8-month-old. Their Haitian driver also was kidnapped, according to a local human rights

The leader of the 400 Mawozo gang had threatened to kill the hostages unless his demands are met. Authorities had said the gang was demanding $1 million per person, although it wasn't immediately clear that included the children in the group.

Ukrainian soldier killed as tensions with Moscow soar
[AlAhram] Ukraine said Friday that one of its soldiers was killed in fighting with pro-Russia separatists in the east of the country, as tensions with Moscow soar.
I assume the reporter means the Donbas.
Kiev has been battling a pro-Moscow insurgency in two breakaway regions bordering Russia since 2014, when the Kremlin annexed Ukraine's Crimean peninsula.

Russia has massed troops near Ukraine's borders and the West has for weeks accused it of planning an invasion, warning Moscow of massive sanctions should it launch an attack.

The Ukrainian army said separatists had targeted its positions with grenade launchers and mortars.

"One serviceman was fatally maimed," and another soldier was injured, it said on Facebook.

Kiev and its allies accuse Russia of supporting the rebels militarily -- claims which Moscow denies.

The latest death brings Ukraine's toll in the simmering conflict to 65 since the start of the year, according to an AFP tally based on official figures, compared to a total of 50 in all of 2020.

Russia has massed around 100,000 troops on its side of the border.

The conflict in eastern Ukraine has so far left more than 13,000 dead.

#2  Basically: a widely used bit of shared code has a feature that makes it easy to open access to the computer running it. That feature, for some reason, was enabled for everyone rather than requiring the few people who wanted it to enable it for themselves.

In the last week and a half, most of the software using that shared code -- and a lot that doesn't -- has been updated so that feature is disabled. I've personally burnt half the week on it, despite none of the projects I'm responsible for using the vulnerable code.

The only consumer application I'm aware of that uses the code is Java Minecraft, and updates for it and its various utilities went out the first night after the vulnerability was announced.

#5  It is used in a lot of Java-based business applications I'm afraid. Even if it is not used directly, a library which you app uses might use it. The Minecraft server is just one example - and it is just game.
For example a widely used application server, karaf, uses it. A 'patched' version is due out in the next day or two. in the meantime a lot of business had to go and explicitly disable the 'feature'.
There is also a lot of scanning and looking for the exploit going on the internet according those who monitor such things.

Code these days are build much like a house of cards and if one of the cards get wet and folds.

Europe
Russia envoy: Moscow may up the ante if West ignores demands
[AP] — Russia may take unspecified new measures to ensure its security if the U.S. and its allies continue to take provocative action and ignore Moscow’s demand for guarantees precluding NATO’s expansion to Ukraine, a senior diplomat said Saturday.

Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov accused Western allies of continuously pushing the envelope in relations with Russia, and warned that Moscow could also up the ante if the West doesn’t treat its demands seriously.

Ryabkov’s statement in an interview with the Interfax news agency came a day after Moscow submitted draft security documents demanding that NATO deny membership to Ukraine and other former Soviet countries and roll back the alliance’s military deployments in Central and Eastern Europe — bold ultimatums that are almost certain to be rejected by the U.S. and its allies.

The publication of the demands — contained in a proposed Russia-U.S. security treaty and a security agreement between Moscow and NATO — comes amid soaring tensions over a Russian troop buildup near Ukraine that has raised fears of an invasion. Russia has denied it has plans to attack its neighbor but wants legal guarantees that would rule out NATO expansion and deploying weapons there.

#1  And why not? The Russians dissolved the Warsaw Pact and withdrew their troops just like they promised.

There is no way that admitting Ukraine to NATO is a good idea. It is literally a provocation to war. Who would like to have a big shooting war with a nuclear power? When the generals in charge are the same geniuses who couldn't beat Afghanistan even with $2 trillion and twenty years to get the job done? How much will this new war cost?

#2  We lied to the Russians.

We humiliated Gorbachev and then Yeltsin, and plunged the Russian public into ten years of misery and chaos as their country was stolen from them by a kakocracy of bandits (sound familiar, mah fellow Americans?)

We should have the decency and good sense to grab this proposal and run with it. NATO is a useless burden for us and a drag on resources that ought to be deployed to the Pacific and to our southern border.

Ukraine should be a neutral and demilitarized border country as Austria or Finland were (provided that the Russian-speaking parts get real autonomy and independence from Kyiv).

China's new rocket for crewed moon missions to launch around 2026
[SpaceNews] — A new heavy-lift rocket designed to be capable of sending Chinese astronauts to the moon could have its first flight in 2026, according to a senior engineer.

Long Lehao, a senior space industry figure and Long March launch vehicle designer, told state media CCTV Dec. 10 that the new rocket would launch for the first time around 2026. Long appeared in a television segment celebrating the 400th Long March rocket launch.

Long stated that the kerosene-liquid oxygen rocket could be used to put Chinese astronauts on the moon before 2030, echoing the recent views of Ye Peijian, a senior official within China’s lunar program. Other flights such as circumlunar missions were noted as possibilities for the new rocket.

Apple Is Reportedly Close to Making More of Its Chips In-House
[InterestingEngineering] With proprietary modems coming as early as 2023.

A major big tech player is going more in-house than ever.

Apple might be bringing more of its chip production process in-house, since it announced it was establishing a new office designed to replace several crucial components that, until now, were developed by Skyworks and Broadcom, according to an initial Bloomberg report.

While the global chip shortage is significant to this decision, it's unclear how rising tensions between the U.S. and China will play into Apple's production practices.

Apple has shown interest in developing its own 5G chips

The newly formed office is slated to specialize in the development of "wireless radios, radio-frequency integrated circuits and a wireless system-on-a-chip," while also building "semiconductors for connecting to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi," added the report. The M- and A-Series SoCs that include the GPU and CPU for Apple's iPhones and Macs will be the primary benefactors of this move, there are plenty of other chips inside of these machines. And they manage a wide variety of things, from USB connectivity, wireless charging, and much more. Broadcom and Skyworks provide a vast array of the iPhone's third-party-sourced parts, according to iFixit's iPhone 13 Pro breakdown. But now, it seems Apple has decided to design its own chips for this hardware.

At present, one of the most significant third-party chips housed within the iPhone's modem is produced by Qualcomm. In the past, Apple had briefly pivoted to Intel parts amid a legal battle that lasted years. But it's not a big secret that Apple has laid plans to develop its own 5G chips, instead of relying on and paying the price for Qualcomm's. And there were many hints along the way: in 2019, Apple bought Intel's smartphone modem business for roughly $1 billion. Since then, its become known that Apple is considering pivoting to its own proprietary modems for its iPhones, possibly as early as 2023, according to a report from The Verge.

INDUSTRIES ARE BUILDING UP DOMESTIC PRODUCTION AMID TENSE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
Many might suspect that Apple is only doing this because it wants to expand control of its complex product, so that all hardware is sourced from no one but Apple itself. But this could be a means of shoring up its production flow against the vacillating market supply chain. Apple is already experiencing the effects of the global chip supply shortage, especially for parts developed by suppliers like Broadcom. These shortages have already forced Apple to fall back on its initial production targets for October. But if it moves all of the chip-making phases of iPhone, Mac, and other device production to in-house sources, the company would be much more resilient in the face of increasing economic pressure points, which extend beyond the immediate problems of the supply chain.

Many industries are already moving more of their production capacities in-house, but some are even turning more toward domestic sourcing. Earlier this month, General Motors signed a deal to extract rare metals for the motors in electric vehicles from North America, specifically from MP Materials' mine in Mountain Pass, California. With mounting tensions between the U.S. and China, it would be tempting to think Apple is also looking for ways to secure its chip manufacturing process outside of China. Except for the $275-billion deal that Apple CEO Tim Cook signed with officials in China back in 2016. This suggests that, were a conflict to unfortunately erupt, it's hard to say how Apple would react, since its revenue comes from a global, and not a national market.

Each Raptor 1 engine above produces 185 metric tons of force. Raptor 2 just started production & will do 230+ tons or over half a million pounds of force.

Still aiming for booster 4 & Ship 20 for first orbital test flight (this is pure coincidence!)

Conservations warn horseshoe crabs could go to extinct because their blood is being used in Covid vaccines and for drug testing: Up to 30% of the crustaceans have already been killed off in the US
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
  • Horseshoe crabs have bright blue blood that is a natural source of Limulus polyphemus

  • This is used to test vaccines, including those for COVID, and drugs for dangerous bacterial toxins before the products hit the market

  • The horseshoe crabs are drained for up to eight minutes and returned to the ocean

  • However, data shows up to 30% of the marine creatures die shortly after
