[CNBC] Iran's government has issued an arrest warrant for U.S. President Donald Trump over the killing of its top commander, Qasem Soleimani, in January, the country's semiofficial Fars news agency reported Monday.
Tehran is also reportedly asking Interpol for help, according to Fars. Ali Alghasi-Mehr, the attorney general of Tehran, named Trump and 35 others Iran has accused of involvement in Soleimani's death as facing "murder and terrorism charges," and was quoted as saying he had asked Interpol to issue "red notices" for them ‐ the highest level notice Interpol can issue on an individual to pursue their arrest.
Trump, however, is in no danger of arrest and it's highly unlikely Interpol would honor Iran's request, as the international agency's guidelines forbid it from "undertaking any intervention or activities of a political" nature. Red notices enable local law enforcement authorities to arrest individuals on behalf of the requesting country, though they cannot force the country to arrest or extradite suspects.
The Trump administration has so far not responded to Iran's announcement. Interpol did not immediately reply to a request for comment from CNBC.
Soleimani led Iran's Quds Force, the foreign operations wing of the elite paramilitary Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The Trump administration labeled him a terrorist, and Washington deemed him responsible for the deaths of hundreds of U.S. troops in Iraq.
The 62-year-old Soleimani was killed in a drone strike directed by Trump in early January while in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad, in a move that sent regional tensions and oil prices soaring and triggered a retaliatory attack by Iran and its proxies on Iraqi bases housing U.S. troops.
In emphasizing Soleimani's significance, one defense analyst called the strike "the equivalent of Iran killing the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff or the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency and then taking credit for it."

Reminds of the police chief in The Russians are Coming pulling out his ticket book on the docked Soviet sub. I also like the part about 'regional tensions', what a howler. WW III coming any minute.

What? Another Russian hoax? Russians are not chummy with the Taliban. They fought them for years. Most likely another MSM attempt to damage TheOrangeMan.

Lesson to take take away from this: Women shouldn't dance in front of gay pedos in Pakistan. They will kick in your womanly chest area and then go home and brag about to their friends.
#4
As I keep telling my 'Woke' acquaintances, women are little more than chattel in a mooselimb society. Of course the wailing and gnashing of teeth ensues because 'I'm so wrong'.
They ought to spend some time there.
And try dancing in public.

[Daily Mail] In the clip - believed to be taken yesterday evening - a large crowd of protesters can be seen gathered around the front of a Detroit Police vehicle while chanting 'no justice, no peace'.
The clip was shared to Facebook by activist Ethan Ketner with the caption: 'Detroit Police Department just ran straight through a bunch of our protesters.

These people attacked the police. They are rioters and terrorists. I have zero sympathy for these rioters. They have created a potentially very dangerous situation for the police officers.
What's next on the part of these rioters, a Fallujah scenario with American burned bodies hanging from bridges?
The media is so irresponsible criminal in their reporting. The Dems are also aiding and abetting these rioters by their tacit and often open approval of such events.

a Detroit police officer drove an SUV through a crowd of protesters after they surrounded the vehicle and began pounding on it.
Jae Bass, 24, of Detroit, who was one of the men thrown from the hood, said police attempted to block the marchers from returning to Patton Park. He tried to lead the protesters through the roadblock and some of the police vehicles began moving.
Bass said he tried to stand in front of the police SUV to stop it before it endangered protesters.
An earlier version of the article said the back window of the cop car was shattered.

[NPR] The Eiffel Tower reopened to visitors Thursday morning after having been shut down for more than three months because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was the Paris landmark's longest closure since World War II.
The reopening is a dramatic sign of people reclaiming public spaces in France following more than 100 days of restrictions. But the tower's highest point is still not open — and for now, visitors will need to take the stairs.
The stairs-only rule is one of several restrictions at the site, which draws millions of tourists during a normal year. Face masks are compulsory for all visitors over the age of 11, and physical distancing markers are in place.
To keep people from crossing paths on the stairs, visitors will ascend on the Eiffel Tower's east pillar and descend on the west pillar, according to the Eiffel Tower website.
[GetZone] On April 26, 2019, a new bill in Indiana was a major reform of the previous firearm arm carry laws, Indiana HB 1284 became Public Law 107. Included in this reform is a free five-year permit for carrying handguns in Indiana, slated to go into effect on July 1st, 2020 while the other reforms went into effect immediately. They included:
A voter registration form from law enforcement offices was required to be given whenever a person applied for a license to carry a handgun.
Those who justifiably defended themselves from harm or threat with force, in certain cases, were given immunity from a civil lawsuit.
The restriction on carrying/possessing guns on school property was removed for those attending worship services/religious ceremonies on school property as an employee or volunteer of a house of worship that is located on school property.
Duration of all handgun carry licenses was changed to five years from the previous four.
The removal of the application fee will be starting July 1, 2020. If you are newly seeking a lifetime license the application fee is $50. If you currently hold a five-year license, the application fee for a lifetime license is $40:

Always liked this little Walther. Those who justifiably defended themselves from harm or threat with force, in certain cases, were given immunity from a civil lawsuit.
"Justifiably defended themselves" is a key phrase.
Lifetime carry permits are cost-effective for younger people. For older people, you are rolling the dice.

[AP] The Chinese government is taking draconian measures to slash birth rates among Uighurs and other minorities as part of a sweeping campaign to curb its Muslim population, even as it encourages some of the country’s Han majority to have more children.
While individual women have spoken out before about forced birth control, the practice is far more widespread and systematic than previously known, according to an AP investigation based on government statistics, state documents and interviews with 30 ex-detainees, family members and a former detention camp instructor. The campaign over the past four years in the far west region of Xinjiang is leading to what some experts are calling a form of "demographic genocide."
The state regularly subjects minority women to pregnancy checks, and forces intrauterine devices, sterilization and even abortion on hundreds of thousands, the interviews and data show. Even while the use of IUDs and sterilization has fallen nationwide, it is rising sharply in Xinjiang.
The population control measures are backed by mass detention both as a threat and as a punishment for failure to comply. Having too many children is a major reason people are sent to detention camps, the AP found, with the parents of three or more ripped away from their families unless they can pay huge fines. Police raid homes, terrifying parents as they search for hidden children.
After Gulnar Omirzakh, a Chinese-born Kazakh, had her third child, the government ordered her to get an IUD inserted. Two years later, in January 2018, four officials in military camouflage came knocking at her door anyway. They gave Omirzakh, the penniless wife of a detained vegetable trader, three days to pay a $2,685 fine for having more than two children.
If she didn’t, they warned, she would join her husband and a million other ethnic minorities locked up in internment camps ¬— often for having too many children.
"God bequeaths children on you. To prevent people from having children is wrong," said Omirzakh, who tears up even now thinking back to that day. "They want to destroy us as a people."
The result of the birth control campaign is a climate of terror around having children, as seen in interview after interview. Birth rates in the mostly Uighur regions of Hotan and Kashgar plunged by more than 60% from 2015 to 2018, the latest year available in government statistics. Across the Xinjiang region, birth rates continue to plummet, falling nearly 24% last year alone — compared to just 4.2% nationwide, statistics show.

American Greatness
The 2020 election will be decided in the fall by swing voters in ten or 15 states.
Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, those voters were leaning to reelect President Trump, largely on the powers of incumbency and a near-record vibrant economy. The Democratic left-wing primary agendas, from the New Green Deal to reparations, the clownish candidates of the Beto O’Rourke and Corey Booker sort, the arrogance and meltdown of Mike Bloomberg, and Joe Biden’s cognitive impairment collectively frightened voters.
Meanwhile, the booming economy, record energy production, record-low minority unemployment and reckoning with China had overshadowed Trump’s cul de sac tweeting, 93 percent unfavorable media coverage, and the three-year slow-motion coup of the 25th Amendment nonsense, Russian "collusion," Robert Mueller, Ukraine, and impeachment.
Then came the contagion, the lockdown, the recession, and the collective madness of looting and arson, which in turn led to the present anarchy of statue toppling, cancel culture, name-changing, and McCarthyism 2.0.
Of course, a president is blamed for chaos on his watch even if he did not create the chaos. He either stops it and is praised as a winner or, like Jimmy Carter during the Iran hostage crisis of 1979-1980, is written off as a loser.
...The hour of reckoning is here and either Trump will crush the lawlessness and win the swing voters to his side, or he will listen to the trimmers and lose the country. Trump’s dilemma, however, is real and in some sense unprecedented. We are in uncharted waters when blue-state officials don’t mind the violent chaos in their midst, or at least feel that in a cost-benefit analysis it serves their November purposes more than a restoration of law and order.
...So if blue states don’t want federal help, and the military-intelligence complex might well oppose such an act, Trump is left with either sounding tough while carrying a popsicle stick or using the powers of federal attorneys to start indicting veritable terrorists, charging negligent state authorities with impairing the civil rights of their own citizens by knowingly exposing them to violence, cutting off federal funds to wayward states, and reclaiming federal properties within blue state sanctuary states to ensure monuments and federal buildings are safe and national parks open to the public.
If that way the Trump Administration can show the public that the federal government is restoring calm, then, at what point do these fence-sitting swing voters conclude that Trump could be the only thing between them and the Antifa/Black Lives Matter mob at their local suburban shopping center, or their child’s class rebooted into a reeducation camp, or their once tranquil local park now a cemetery of unburied bronze and stone corpses, or their police either defunded or in silent slowdowns? How many times do the liberal-minded have to be slandered as "white racists" before they say "you are the racially obsessed, not me"?
...Even the unaffiliated and apolitical may finally conclude that revolutionaries want to erase his collective memory, his history, his national anthem, and his the American identity. A Colin Kaepernick airport? Antifa Drive? Saul Alinsky’s head grafted onto the decapitated bronze of Columbus? Obama’s visage chiseled over Teddy Roosevelt on Mt. Rushmore? 1619 in our schools swapping out 1776 as the new founding of America?
...Just when you thought these anarchists were real revolutionaries who would retire to the Rockies and Sierras as maquis to continue their war on the corporate state, they seem terrified of being arrested, and charged with résumé-staining racketeering or felonious assault. In extremis, they prove petite bourgeois careerists, not Bolsheviks on the barricades. Hollywood central casting could not have dreamed up more audio-visually off-putting characters. The distance between them and the unjustified death of George Floyd is now a vast abyss.
...Despite the tsunami of unforeseen contagion, mass quarantine, and national riot, the choice is still Trump’s: stay calm, speak softly, and carry a club, while promising for the future to protect the vulnerable of all races and classes, and restore a great nation; or talk loudly carrying a twig while whining about unfair personal treatment of the past.
The former is victory, the latter socialism, in November.

The man was detained by the navy some 200 meters from Israeli shores. Forces had seen him cross the maritime border, the IDF said.
The suspect was found to be unarmed and was taken for questioning, according to the statement.
The Walla news site quoted an unnamed security source saying the suspect was likely trying to enter the country illegally.
There is no suspicion that the incident is terror-related, the Ynet website reported.
The incident came after Gazook terror groups fired two rockets at Israel on Friday evening. The rockets fell in open areas, without causing casualties or damage. One rocket landed in an open area in the Sha’ar Hanegev region, while the second apparently fell within the Strip.

A review of incidents in southern Syria in recent weeks points to the area becoming an increasing flash point as many issues are now in flux. It is important to highlight several of the trends that appear to be happening from Daraa near the Golan border to Deir Ezzor and Albukamal on the Euphrates river.
This is an area that is a triangle of 500km on one side from the Golan to Albukamal and then 120 km from Albukamal to Deir Ezzor. These represent two distinct areas. Albukamal to Deir Ezzor is an important corridor. It is where there are some pro-Iranian militias and Iranian presence. Reports indicate that the Afghan and Pakistain volunteers who serve with Iran’s IRGC may be in this area. They are called Fatemyoun and Zainabiyoun. There are also Iraqi Shi’ite militias in this area.

[The Hill] Delta Air Lines reportedly plans to warn over 2,500 of its pilots that furloughs could be coming, as the airline company struggles to regain its footing amid the coronavirus pandemic.
While Delta and the labor union that represents the company's 14,000 pilots have reached an agreement for an early retirement package, airline officials signaled that it won't be enough to prevent additional furloughs from occurring.
"As we’ve communicated previously, early retirements alone likely won’t be enough to avoid pilot furloughs altogether," Delta’s senior vice president of flight operations John Laughter said in a memo obtained by CNBC on Friday.
He added: "With that in mind and given that we won’t know the results of the early-out for a few weeks, we must continue to move ahead to address pilot overstaffing. In an effort to best prepare our pilots, we will send notices to 2,558 pilots as required by the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act ["WARN Act"] next week to let them know of a possible furlough."

[AlAhram] At least nine Nigerian soldiers and two members of a civil defence militia were killed in a jihadist attack on a civilian convoy in northeast Borno state, security sources told AFP Sunday.
Several civilians were said to be missing after the ambush.
The jihadist fighters opened fire with heavy guns and rocket-propelled grenades on the convoy of more than a hundred vehicles Saturday afternoon outside Komala village near the town of Damboa, 90 kilometres (55 miles) from the regional capital Maiduguri.
Damboa lies on the fringes of Boko Haram ... not to be confused with Procol Harum, Harum Scarum, possibly to be confused with Helter Skelter. The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... 's Sambisa forest enclave from where the group launches attacks on villages and against troops.
"Nine soldiers and two (anti-jihadist) militia were killed in the attack, " a military officer said.
"It was an ambush on a civilian convoy escorted by troops and the militia," said the military officer who asked not to be identified.
The convoy, was heading from Maiduguri to Damboa when it was attacked, according to militia leader Ibrahim Liman who confirmed the corpse count.
"The bodies of nine soldiers and two vigilantes were recovered from the attack along with others who sustained injuries," Liman said.
The jihadist holy warriors seized several vehicles and looted supplies before withdrawing to their Sambisa enclave, he added.
Several civilians were still missing and were presumed killed or kidnapped by the assailants, the militia leader said.
Boko Haram and its splinter Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... West Africa Province (ISWAP) are notorious for ambushing military and civilian convoys on highways outside Maiduguri in addition to abducting travellers at bogus checkpoints.
Civilians travelling north of Maiduguri move in convoys under military escort due to the incessant attacks by the jihadists, wich have intensified in recent weeks.
The decade-long jihadist conflict has cost the lives of 36,000 people and displaced around two million from their homes in the northeast.
The violence has also spread to neighbouring Niger, Chad and Cameroon ...a long, narrow country that fills the space between Nigeria and Chad on the northeast, CAR to the southeast. Prior to incursions by Boko Haram nothing ever happened there... , prompting a regional military coalition to fight the bad boys.
[American Thinker] The skinny jeans. The nonfunctional glasses. The spray tans. The tight muscle shirts. The obscene shopping bill at Nordstrom. And the social justice sermons more fitting for the faculty lounge at Wellesley than for a Bible-believing church. Behold, the Woke Pastor, and he’s gunning for your White Privilege and ready to tackle America’s systemic racism, one vegan protein shake at a time.
There are myriad examples of the Woke Pastor today, with ministers falling over themselves publicly to prove their progressive bona fides in the wake of George Floyd’s awful death. Let’s focus on two in particular. Both lead megachurches on different ends of the country. Both are considered dynamic preachers with A-list followers. Both are viewed as models by media elites on how to render Christianity "cool" and "relevant" to the unchurched. And both exemplify the disturbing trend among young Christian leaders to align with culture, rather than speak truth prophetically to it.
Judah Smith is the senior pastor at the oddly-named "Churchome," which is based in Seattle and Los Angeles, and where it is "not uncommon to find the front row reserved for celebrities," as one publication put it. If you thought that the phrase "All Lives Matter" was both innocuous and conveyed a fundamental axiom that, well, all lives do matter because we are all made in the image of God, and therefore we should condemn racism wherever and through whomever it surfaces, Judah Smith has a message for you: Stop It.
"It is very normal for Caucasian Christians" in this country "to insist that All Lives Matter," for Caucasian Christians "to insist" that we should "also pray for business owners and police officers." But, implores Smith, "we don’t need to say that anymore" because "All Lives Do Not Matter until Black Lives Matter." The circular reasoning here aside, why is a lead pastor, who has at least 10,000 people pack his pews each Sunday and who has even more devotees online, instructing his congregation not to pray for law enforcement and entrepreneurs in the midst of anarchy? What about the black police officers who have been murdered and the black businesses destroyed by those killers and vandals marauding under the Black Lives Matter banner? Do their lives and their livelihoods not matter because of what one rogue cop did in Minneapolis?
Judah Smith didn’t specify. You’ll have to take his word for it.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Two Algerian soldiers, including an officer, were killed when a bomb went kaboom! during an army operation in the north of the country, the defense ministry said Sunday.
Captain Fateh Bensmail and Sergeant Zakaria Khaldi were killed Saturday night, the ministry said in a statement, after a home-made bomb went kaboom! during a search and sweep operation in the province of Medea, south of the capital Algiers.
The deaths bring the total number of Algerian soldiers killed this year to four.
For all the latest headlines follow our Google News channel online or via the app.
One soldier was killed on June 20 in a clash with "an armed terrorist group" in the central province of Ain Defla, the ministry announced last Sunday, while another died in a February attack in Timiaouine, on the southern border with Mali.
Algerian authorities use the term "terrorist" to describe armed Islamists who have been active in the country since the early 1990s.
A 1992-2002 civil war pitted Islamist turbans against the Algerian government, leaving 200,000 people dead.
Despite a 2005 charter for peace and reconciliation designed to turn the page on the conflict, armed Islamist groups still remain active in some areas of the country, largely targeting security forces.

[DAILYTIMES.PK] The Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has miniaturized an electromagnetic railgun and developed pistol- and rifle-sized synchronous induction coilgun prototypes. These weapons’ technical capabilities were recently revealed to the general public for the first time in a demonstration session.
Developed by the PLA Army Logistics University, the weapons, named Small Synchronous Induction Coilguns, come with pistol-sized, rifle-sized and land robot-mounted variants, according to a report by Chinese military news website js7tv.cn last week.
The coilguns are essentially miniaturized, portable electromagnetic railguns so they can be used by single foot soldiers, the report said. To deal with complicated battlefield situations, they can also be mounted on small land robots and conduct armed reconnaissance missions.
According to the performance demonstration video, the coilguns use bullets stored in reloadable magazines just like a conventional gun, and they also handle like one. The coilguns can easily penetrate multiple wood plates and thin steel plates at a relatively close distance.
Unlike a conventional firearm that uses the ignition of gunpowder to push a bullet slug out of a gun barrel at high velocity, a coilgun or railgun uses electromagnetic force to accelerate a projectile as it travels along the gun barrel before leaving it at an even higher velocity, military observers said.
Judging from the video, the coilguns have shown a high penetration capability and did not make much sound, making them good choices for special operations like behind-enemy-line infiltration missions, a military expert who asked not to be identified told the Global Times on Sunday.
It is obvious that these weapons are still in the prototype stage, as their range and impact are not optimum, very likely due to the guns’ limited battery or capacitor capacity to store and release energy, the expert said. But once this technical problem is solved, the coilguns will become much more powerful and could replace the firearms of today.

[ABC7CHICAGO] For a second straight weekend, violence in reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel... has impacted the lives of dozens of people.
As of Sunday evening, 52 people have been shot this weekend. Four of those victims were minors, police said.
On Sunday, some business owners united to help catch those responsible.
The 1-year-old boy shot and killed while riding home from the laundromat with his mother has been identified as Sincere Gaston.
The shooting happened in the Englewood neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
"This is our community, and we refused to let crime take over the narrative of our community. I often say this: I am proud to be the daughter of Englewood because good is in Englewood and we are changing the narrative," said Alderman Stephanie Coleman, 16th Ward.
There is a growing reward for the arrest and conviction of the boy's killer. The newly formed reward group "I'm Telling, Don't Shoot" is putting up $25,000.
Among the victims was a 20-month-old baby, a 10-year-old girl, and a 17-year-old boy, who were fatally shot in separate instances in weekend violence.
"This is a group of business owners that are pretty much fed up as it relates to the gun violence in our communities," said Early Walker, a philanthropist and business owner.
"I want to urge anybody that know something, say something. This could be you," said Tiffany Henyard, a business owner.
Hours after the shooting of Gaston, a 10-year-old girl was shot and killed. Police said the child was hit in the head by a stray bullet that came through a window of her Logan Square apartment.

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] Air strikes targeting positions of Iran-backed militias in eastern Syria killed nine fighters on Sunday in the second such raid in 24 hours, a war monitor said.
The Britannia-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Israel was "likely responsible" for the strikes near the Iraqi border.
They came hours after a similar raid killed six other Tehran-backed fighters, raising the total toll to 15 killed in 24 hours, according to the monitor.
The fighters killed in the early Sunday raids were mostly Iraqi nationals, according to Observatory head Rami Abdul Rahman.
Israel has launched hundreds of strikes in Syria since the start of the civil war in 2011.
It has targeted government troops, allied Iranian forces and fighters from Leb ...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. [NYPOST] A married Virginia couple was busted trying to flee the country after they illegally received nearly $1.5 million in federal funds meant for struggling businesses during the pandemic, prosecutors said.
Monica Magdalena Jaworska, 43, and her husband, Tarik Jaafar, 42, were arrested at JFK Airport in New York for the alleged scam earlier this month after buying one-way tickets to Poland, according to US Attorney’s Office Eastern District of Virginia.
Prosecutors allege the pair filed 18 different loan applications under the federal Paycheck Protection Program, using bogus IRS ...the Internal Revenue Service; that office of the United States government that collects taxes and persecutes the regime's political enemies... forms to claim they were supporting dozens of employees.
They were ultimately approved for four loans totaling more than $1.4 million, prosecutors said.
But an investigation revealed the businesses didn’t really exist, according to an affidavit filed by the Small Business Administration.
The couple bought the plane tickets after officers contacted them for an interview, prosecutors said.
Most of the funds were frozen but prosecutors said Jaafar was able to withdraw at least $30,000 in cash.

Sudanese forces arrest dozens of mercenaries en route to Libya
[ALMASDARNEWS] The front man for the Rapid Support Forces, Brigadier Jamal Jumaa, announced that a joint security force managed to arrest 122 spoilers, including 8 children who were going to work as mercenaries in Libya.
Brigadier-General Jumaa said that 72 of those arrested will face charges under Article 5 / H of the Emergency Law related to "attacking the Katrum camp, belonging to the Revolutionary Awakening Council, buying weapons, child soldiers, inciting against the state, provoking tribal strife, and armed robbery," while 50 others will be handed over to the police because there are suspected cases against them.
The Spokesman for Rapid Support Forces considered the arrest of this group a major act calculated by the security forces and informing the people and citizens of the crimes committed against Sudan through the use of youth, at a time when all efforts in the search for peace and the transition period are moving towards safety and democracy.
He explained that the joint force consisting of the police, army, security and rapid support was able to arrest these groups in different areas of Darfur, including Sarf Amra, Kabkabiya and Kulbus.
He pointed out that this work was carried out after the Supreme Security Committee received documented information that a number of Sudanese people were being recruited to work as mercenaries in Libya.
He explained that the Supreme Security Committee confirmed all information regarding the existence of correspondence between two people in Sudan to recruit 1,000 young men to fight in Libya, noting that in February, the Rapid Support Forces arrested a group of 243 people in both El Fasher and El Geneina and were brought to justice.

A motive for the shooting has not been disclosed
In Chicago, no motive is necessary. How about just for the hell of it. Or I was in a bad mood. Or I'm sensitive about my height and these two little fu$kers stretched my last nerve. Or, I wanted to kill white people but black people were the only one's available. I wanted to try out the new gun I just stole? I was on crack.

[JUSTICE.GOV] Lee Michael Cantrell, 47, of Virginia; Connor Matthew Judd, 20, of Washington, D.C.; Ryan Lane, 37, of Maryland; and Graham Lloyd, 37, of Maine, were charged by criminal complaint yesterday with destruction of federal property, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Michael R. Sherwin, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Washington Field Office’s Criminal Division James A. Dawson, and Acting Chief of the United States Park Police (USPP) Gregory T. Monahan. The complaint, unsealed today, alleges that on June 22, 2020, the four men along with other unidentified individuals, damaged and attempted to tear down the statue depicting Andrew Jackson located in Lafayette Square. The complaint further alleges that Cantrell was captured on video attempting to pry the statue off its base with a wooden board and trying to pull the statue down with the aid of a yellow strap. The complaint alleges that Judd is seen on video trying to pull down the statue, and that Lane is seen on video affixing a rope to one part of the statue and then pulling on another rope tied to the statue. The complaint also alleges that video of the incident shows Lloyd as he breaks off and destroys the wheels of cannons located at the base of the statue. Lloyd is also captured on video pulling on ropes in an effort to topple the statue, and handing a hammer to an unidentified individual involved in the incident.
Judd was arrested on Friday and appeared in Superior Court of the District of Columbia today. The matter will be transferred to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on Monday, June 29, 2020, where Judd will make his initial appearance before United States Magistrate Judge Robin M. [ALMASDARNEWS] The British Ambassador to Beirut, Chris Rampling, expressed his belief that the current path of Leb ...an Iranian colony situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. It is the home of Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... is worrying and that the long-awaited economic reforms are more important than ever.
Rampling said in an interview with Independent Arabia that Britannia expects the government and the International Monetary Fund to agree on a clear framework before the program.
He made it clear that external financing will not flow and will not be a product for the Lebanese people in the absence of comprehensive economic reforms implemented by the Lebanese authorities.
The ambassador emphasized the necessity for the local players to avoid the pattern of Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah ...The satrap of the Medes and the Persians in Leb... ’s speech and his equations in terms of heading east in Lebanon’s economic dealings, and threatening to respond to the death sentence ...the barbaric practice of sentencing a murderer to be punished for as long as his/her/its victim is dead... s.
He continued, saying: "Lebanon unfortunately is in a hole from which it will not come out if the Lebanese do not look to their national interest ... If this does not happen, the situation will continue to worsen and I cannot predict which direction will proceed."
The British ambassador to Lebanon added: "Last year, a decision was taken to ban Hezbollah in its entirety to include the political wing, and this is an important part of our policy."
Noting that one of the reasons for the decision is London’s vision that Hezbollah has been operating for several years across the region, in direct violation of the policy of distancing oneself, and destabilizing the region and the stability of Lebanon as well.
Regarding the options presented by the Hezbollah leader to go east in Lebanon’s economic dealings, the British Ambassador to Lebanon said, "I do not know what is behind his words, but the local players should avoid this type of communication, and this type of equation." .

[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] India is seeking the extradition of a top Pakistain bad boy suspected to have planned the 2008 Mumbai attacks after the United States said last week he was living freely in Pakistain, government officials said on Sunday.
India and the United States have both indicted Sajid Mir of the Pakistain-based Lashkar-e-Taiba ...the Army of the Pure, an Ahl-e-Hadith terror organization founded by Hafiz Saeed. LeT masquerades behind the Jamaat-ud-Dawa facade within Pakistain and periodically blows things up and kills people in India. Despite the fact that it is banned, always an interesting concept in Pakistain, the organization remains an blatant tool and perhaps an arm of the ISI... group for the three-day attacks on hotels, a train station and a Jewish center in which 166 people were killed including six Americans.
While Pakistain took action against the Lashkar founder Hafiz Saeed ...founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba and its false-mustache offshoot Jamaat-ud-Dawa. The United Nations declared the JuD a terrorist organization in 2008 and Hafiz Saeed a terrorist as its leader. Hafiz, JuD and LeT are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Pak intel apparatus, so that amounted to squat. He is periodically placed under house arrest so it looks like the govt is doing something. Once the heat is off they let him go.... last year, it continued to provide safe harbor to other top bad boy leaders, the US State Department’s 2019 country report on terrorism said.
One of them was Sajid, the "project manager" of the Mumbai attack, believed to remain free in Pakistain, the US report said.
An Indian official said the government has repeatedly asked Pakistain to hand over Sajid who is charged with serving as chief planner of the attacks, directing preparations and reconnaissance and was also named as one of the Pakistain-based controllers during the attacks.
"We have asked before, and are demanding again, he needs to be handed over," the official dealing with regional security issues said.
Pakistain’s foreign office did not immediately respond to a Rooters request for comment.
Pakistain has repeatedly rejected US allegations that it is a safe haven for murderous Moslems and said it has prosecuted the leadership of several proscribed groups.
Another Indian official said the lack of action against Sajid was in conflict with Pakistain’s assurances to international organizations including the Financial Action Task Force, the global watchdog on terrorism financing.
Pakistain is trying to get off the FATF grey list of offending nations.
The FBI has posted a reward of $5 million for information leading to the capture of Sajid who is also wanted for a 2008/2009 plot against Denmark’s Jyllands-Posten newspaper to avenge its publication of cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad that enraged many Moslems.
[GatewayPundit] What makes the allegation of an effort to drive down attendance plausible is the celebratory tweet the night of the rally by Jay Marciano, head of the management company for the BOK Center, AEG–part of ASM Global, on the low recorded attendance, “Lying Don’s show in Tulsa is a big fat STIFF! There are only 6624 people in the arena. So much for “There were requests for 1 million.” Total lies. Are we surprised??

Nobody is going to admit sabotage, but if you mean the claim -
The other allegations of sabotage made by the attendee are that BOK Center temperature screeners were pulled off the job hours early, thereby making it impossible for rally attendees to get the green wristbands needed to advance to the Secret Service metal detectors for entry into the arena And -
The Washington Post reported Saturday that the BOK Center purchased 12,000 stickers to block off seats which would have brought attendance to around 7,000 in the 19,199 seat venue–close to what the head of AEG gloat-tweeted the night of the rally. So he did admit to 'victory'.

It wouldn't surprise me if this were true in view of all the other shenanigan's that have been pulled by the Dems and fellow travelers.

[NYPOST] "Complete lawlessness," one cop termed the incident in Harlem in the early hours Sunday — and it’s fast becoming an apt description of much of the city.Officers responded to an electronic ShotSpotter alert just before 4 a.m., and discovered a block party still raging. Worse, the crowd attacked the police, with members screaming obscenities as they hurled bottles and other debris at the cruisers.
The NYPD showed tremendous restraint, perhaps too much — retreating vans down Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard and avoiding arrests or injuries as it dispersed the mob over several hours. How many innocents were at risk in the interim? And how are police to reverse the surge in shootings when they meet this kind of reception?
Eleven New Yorkers were shot across 12 hours that night, with several of the victims refusing to cooperate in any investigation. And that doesn’t include the couple bumped off with an AR-15-style rifle Saturday afternoon on an East New York stoop.
That’s over 80 people shot in a week, with at least six fatalities.
Other signs of disorder are more mundane, like the assaults on the barricades that close off roads under Mayor Comrade Bill de Blasio ...cryptocommie mayor of New York and for some reason a Dem candidate for president in 2020. Corrupt and incompetent, his qualifications for office seem to consist of being married to a black woman, with whom he honeymooned in Cuba. He has a preppy-looking son named Dante, whose Divine Comedy involved getting his back hair up when a police car drove past him slowly. New Yorkers voted for him, so they deserve him... ’s "open streets" effort. Drivers blowing through those barriers are plainly putting innocents at risk while showing utter contempt for the law.
As are the people shooting off fireworks at all hours of the night, with cops evidently ordered not to interfere.
Indeed, "don’t interfere" seems the slogan for every city authority these days. Police took troubled vagrant Matthew Mishefski to Mt. Sinai Hospital on Saturday . . . after he started running around naked in Washington Square Park and got into a fight with two other men.
But he’d been camped out in the fenced-off fountain for a month, amassing a living-room worth of furniture. Is it really a coincidence that he was finally hauled in only after he made the front page of The Post? Where were ThriveNYC and all the other city mental-health programs all those weeks?
This is a guy who answers only when addressed as "Jesus Christ Lord Saviour," yet the system fails to protect him or the public with mandatory treatment. Indeed, he was discharged Sunday morning, returned to the park, stripped again and got hauled back to Mt. Sinai. He may be out again by the time you read this.

[LATimes] Beverly Hills is facing criticism after officers arrested 28 people during a peaceful protest against police violence overnight, two weeks after imposing an unusual ordinance banning demonstrations in residential areas that “disrupted the tranquility.”
The latest protest, which began about 7:30 p.m. Friday and drew about 75 people, was the third demonstration in Beverly Hills organized by the Black Future Project, but the first that resulted in arrests, said organizer Austin Tharpe, 29.
“We’re protesting for Black lives,” he said. “Specifically in Beverly Hills, because of the privilege and the whole makeup of the community, we felt like our voices needed to be heard over there.”
He said that after protesters marched for several hours, police deployed a long-range acoustic device, also known as a sonic cannon, and declared the demonstration an unlawful assembly shortly before midnight.
“We put the signs on the ground,” he said. “We turned around and faced away from the cops with our knees on the ground and our hands behind our head.”
He said that officers continued to yell out orders to disperse, while protesters continued to kneel.
A total of 28 people were taken into custody, most on suspicion of unlawful assembly, though one person faced an attempted arson charge after allegedly trying to set fire to a large American flag that was attached to a building, said Sgt. Thomas West of the Beverly Hills Police Department. That person was associated with the protest but not the Black Future Project, Tharpe said.
“They were given multiple warnings to leave, and as arrests were being made we were continually asking people to leave, so it was just the people who absolutely refused to leave who were placed under arrest,” West said.
Initially, the Police Department planned to hold the protesters under what’s called a misdemeanor non-release, which would have required that they post $5,000 bail to get out, West said.
Later in the day, citing a directive from command staff, the department reversed course and said the protesters would be cited and released on their own recognizance, provided that they did not have outstanding warrants. The demonstrators remained in custody late Saturday afternoon, prompting concern from activists who said they should have been cited and released more quickly.

Disney is in early development of the untitled project. The Robbie-Hodson collaboration is being developed separately from another "Pirates of the Caribbean" reboot that was unveiled in October with franchise veteran Ted Elliott and "Chernobyl" creator Craig Mazin hired to develop a story.
Jerry Bruckheimer, who produced all five "Pirates" movies, is attached to produce both the Elliot/Mazin and the Robbie/Hodson projects.
The previous "Pirates" movies, all starring Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow, grossed $1.5 billion domestically and $3.07 billion internationally, with the North American market representing a progressively smaller share. The domestic total for 2017’s "Dead Men Tell No Tales" hit $172 million, while foreign markets delivered $622 million.
