#3 It appears the money spent on border crossing fortifications was, shall we say, misspent:

10 billion rubles were spent on fortifications in the Belgorod region. As of this time, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine entered the territory of the Belgorod region from the side of the Graivoron border crossing.

Moreover, they managed to advance in the direction of the villages of Kozinka, Glotovo and Gora-Podil.

In one of the settlements, the House of Culture was seized. Judging from the foregoing, either 10 billion were not allocated for the construction of fortifications, or the Belgorod administration, in simple terms, everything was honestly spiz .... - correctly mastered.

Well, how not to believe the minister of construction of the region, she certainly saw four and a half thousand builders and more than five hundred units of construction equipment. #8 Belgorod Regional Officials have stated that “Ukrainian Forces” have entered and Partially-Captured at least 4 Settlements near the Border Region including the Towns of Kozinka, Glotovo, Gora-Podol and Grayvoron with a Heavy Fighting still going on in the North.

They have also captured intact a truck mounted jammer/EW system. Hope it's on the way to the USA by now. They have spooked the Russians and forced them to reinforce the border with troops the Russians don't have. It's time to retreat into Ukraine.

They tried to jam the HIMARS rockets. A few tweaks to the software and they continue to rain down. The Russians can't adjust as quickly as most of it is hard coded.
