Why exactly would the Iranians be promoting the idea that a North Korean torpedo is responsible for the sinking?

Anyone else thinking 'false-flag'? Did Kimmy fail to deliver on something to A-jad and this unwanted attention is his payback? Or is this just a coordinated diversion for something more sinister?

Regardless, it would be interesting to note if any Iranian-flagged ships were in the Yellow Sea the day of the sinking (mother ship)...
