#4 Raj, they will just employ the IRS version of the Washington Monument Strategy - delaying refunds, not answering the help(less) line and do on. In other words, make it as painful as possible for the taxpayers.

#5 Fire every government employee at the IRS, and deny them retirement, retroactive to 2010. Watch them scream. Declare it's due to politicization of the agency, and that civil service rules don't apply. Watch all of Washington explode as heads do. Repeat with each politicized agency. See what happens. I think there are about 20 million people that would back Congress on this.
