[FOX] Three months after Hillary Clinton's use of a private email address and server while secretary of state was referred to the FBI, an intelligence source familiar with the investigation tells Fox News that the team is now focused on whether there were violations of an Espionage Act subsection pertaining to "gross negligence" in the safekeeping of national defense information.
Under 18 USC 793 subsection F, the information does not have to be classified to count as a violation. The intelligence source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity citing the sensitivity of the ongoing probe, said the subsection requires the "lawful possession" of national defense information by a security clearance holder who "through gross negligence," such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location.
Subsection F also requires the clearance holder "to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer. "A failure to do so "shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."
Many have said Hillary should be prosecuted for violation of Title 18 USC 793 subsection (e) & (f) of the Espionage act, especially since the Inspector General for the Intelligence Community ( CIA) alleged that at least two (2) Top Secret communications were forwarded to Hillary's Private email server from the CIA, that were originally classified Top Secret. This statement by the Fox source is consistent with the FBI seizing four Dept. of State Computers to find out, in all likelihood, who in fact was transmitting all this classified communications to Hillary. They are equally as culpable for the 793 Violation. Find the individual(s) who transmitted the data and prosecute them!
It's more than negligence, though if that's how they want to get her, fine -- Capone went down on tax fraud, not murder, but he went to prison just the same. Everyone knows that a big part of her being Secretary of State was making money for herself, her "Foundation" and her friends. Everyone knows that the server was compromised, perhaps intentionally so. Everyone knows that she mishandled classified data and did so willfully. But a "negligence" charge puts her away just the same. Just do it.
And her little dogs, too. Huma. Cheryl. And each and every person at State who aided and abetted.

Her recent unexplained fits of laughter during interviews regarding emails might lead one to believe there's a plan at foot to declare her 'negligent' due to being totally crackers.
You remember, she fell, hit her head and now look what's happened to the poor woman. It was a stroke I tell ya !

The FBI must bring the case to the DOJ, at which point the prez could or may not allow them to charge her.
It would be interesting to watch this President take on the FBI.
In America of old, they could take him down in a heartbeat and probably should have already.
One thing we all know, we cannot let this "woman" hold the highest office.
She will abuse everything and everyone and become more right than Oprah - all off taxpayer money. Where she already grafted plenty.

If Hilary is right and this is all a political witch hunt, why does she oppose an independent consul? Because it is real and Hildi is counting on a corrupt DOJ to keep her out of jail.
Good news is that president Polk is off the hook as the most corrupt presidency in US history.

[BizPakReview]. Is Clinton finally going off the deep end?
In what can only be described as a bizarre reaction to an interviewer's question, Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton burst into laughter when asked about her escalating email scandal.
CNN anchor Jake Tapper brought up a comment Bernie Sanders made during the first Democratic presidential primary debate in which he said, "The American people were sick and tired tired of hearing about [her] damn emails."
As Clinton began chuckling, Tapper added "There are a lot of people who are not."
The laughter grew louder.
"Including FBI officials," Tapper said, as Clinton's laughter grew almost maniacal.
There were reports that Clinton was taking "likability" lessons through Steven Spielberg at her husband's urging. Looks like the lessons never got beyond the fake laughter stage.
Some years ago, in an effort to avoid prosecution, Mafia boss Vincent “Vinnie the Chin” Gigante donned a bathrobe and wandered the streets of Little Italy and Greenwich Village posing as a demented old man. I wonder if Hillary Clinton is getting fitted for just such a bathrobe and starts wandering the lanes of Chappaqua in Westchester to avoid prosecution herself.
