Meanwhile, PHIL Govt Officials-Politicos proclaim the US is not obligated under EDCA to come to the PHIL defense as per Chinese contruction on PHIL-claimed Mabini Reef + Other, or IIUC even iff China attacks Luzon, etc. in retaliation for any PHIL-only milaction in defense of its claims on Mabini Reef, etc???
