How do I know this? What happened to me on Twitter last weekend cannot be an accident and is enough evidence for me. That's how.
What I am about to report is anecdotal. But from little anecdotes, great forests of fake news and censorship can grow.
Last weekend, I read an article at Yahoo News that was originally published at the certifiably left-wing site The Daily Beast. The article's title was "'Shocking' Monkeypox Screw-Up Means We Need to Admit We Now Face Two Pandemics." The message was clear: another major pandemic is imminent, and the federal government and the tail wagging the dog — the medical establishment — will soon be unveiling draconian plans to combat it, similar to what went down for two years with COVID-19. [NYP] A growing number of customers are grumbling online about receiving smaller portions while dining as so-called "shrinkflation" takes hold at struggling businesses, according to data from review site Yelp.
Restaurants and other businesses are down on serving sizes due to the onset of decades-high inflation. Yelp users have started to take notice of the trend, with reviews containing "inflationary language" up 28% in the second quarter of 2022 compared to the same period last year.
"We saw reviewers use inflation-related language at record levels, particularly in the dining, arts and entertainment and travel categories," said Pria Mudan, data science leader at Yelp. "And for the first time, reviewers are describing shrinkflation-related experiences where the size or quantity of goods are noticeably smaller."
Shrinkflation "is most referenced at restaurants serving more affordable fare," Mudan added. Reviews mentioning inflation-related experiences jumped 38% year-over-year at casual restaurants, 36% at food businesses and 30% at nightlife businesses.

The Greens are an outgrowth of the late 60's environmental movement, after Love Canal and the burning river near Cleveland. It has continued to grow, as regulations are wont to do, and has been fed by media -- who has people who don't remember the 60's -- thinking the US environment is dirtier than ever before.
SCOTUS stopping the EPA from regulating CO2 (starving plants, anyone?) is a hopeful step, but just a minor bump in the road to the Greenists.

What other free-country world leader has treated his own people so badly and been allowed to stay in office?
What other world leader cannot string two cogent sentences together and still remain in office? Joe Biden is non compos mentis and should remove himself from the White House before he is removed by his own party or before he further collapses the American economy and its status on the world stage. It cannot get much worse.

The reason he hasn't switched parties? He's too left-wing for the GOP. He is far to the left of even the most left-wing GOP senator, Susan Collins. And WV is far to the right of ME.

back in 1960 or so it was about 320 ppm and we had enough to grow flowers, trees, wheat, etc.
back before, say 1800, it was about 260ppm which probably did limit plant growth in some situations

it is true that a lot of plants will do better with CO2 above 420ppm but some of those plants are nasty problems, e.g., vines like poison ivy, Virginia creepers, kudzu, trumpet vine, wild grapevines, etc.

After a sufficient amount of CO2 has been captured in the collection chamber, it is concentrated and stored in a liquid reservoir.
The liquid can be emptied from the train at a crew change or fuelling stop to be transported into the circular carbon economy or to nearby geological landfill sites.
I take it to mean they release it into green belts or something?

Doing a quick search...
3000 tonnes of CO2/year sounds like about the capacity of a "Coldjet P750", (here) which needs about 17KW, which would be of order 45 panels (with some scale depending on time of day, latitude, cloudiness, etc). Panels tend to be about 1.6 square meters.
That's without trying to make this go anywhere. And the cold air output might not be friendly.
