Japan later formally renounced any sovereignty over Taiwan but did not name any other Asian Nation, i.e. CHINA, as successor, ergo Taiwan still belongs to USA + USDOD entities. BY THREATENING TAIWAN, CHINA IS IN EFFECT THREATENING USA = US TERRITORY/
