#3 Actually, infiltration into Rajouri and other districts on the Indian side of the border is a lot easier. The reason:

If someone from Pakistan wants to get into Spin Boldak, they have to hide from the US army to do it. If they want to get into India, the Pakistani army will support them with an artillery barrage that makes it impossible for Indian infantry to intercept the infiltrators
